I have a problem with FNB hence I have a speed due to business not operating well I call them to come take the speed point indeed FNB official come to collect before I call a guy Mrendani was dealing with speed point explain my matter he even called also confirm they are coming fine the lady come took speed she never gave anything, she said everything I'd fine speed point in good condition even return paper roll they way it was now FNB said Am owing speed point I don't have am tired keep on threatening me send me attorney to call it's unfair am tired now the person who collect speed must be called answer question I need recording because I called and every called are recorded for Fica purposes
I switch from. Paying but it goes up I went to branch the lady was good the vannesa from she said to lady she must put phone on speaker I couldn't hear what they are talking about my problem was not solved I didn't get a clarity about my money even today so today I spoke with Tshidi mawela her service was good now my concern I change my debit from FNB to absa still absa is failing me they dnt debit wanna blame for nothing absa bank has a poor service and they mistreat client especially black people what I've notice I open accounts so that I scan tsanfer money to them still they are not failing they told restructure my bond which I dnt understand because they same amount I paid was not allocated instead they add money in my bond stop failing clients

I am not happy they double deduct money on my fnb connect Thursday someone called and said he will asked them to reverse even today none of them do so instead they are playing games with me transfer me front one to call to another from 10 o'clock until now 12.43 no valid reason I want my money back by the end of today
