I placed an order for eden batana products in the second week of January 2026. It is now 13 March 2026.Chernice Hess just takes your money and then ignores your email enquiries.She is a *****ster. Heart broken to be ****med by a so called " local business owner".
I am used to good service. When my parcel shows "out for delivery before 17h00", I know that I am getting my parcel that day. Now I am desperate, my package needs to fly to Paris in a day and Ram just didn't perform today. 💔Super disappointed, cannot trust this company to stick to it's own promise. 🙁
First time buying online from Dischem.I live in Malibu Village, Blue Downs. My postal code is 7100 and because the Willowbridge branch saw that a township; Mfuleni; falls under that postal code; I was asked if I cannot go buy the item instore @ Zevenwacht. I would not order online if it was available a stones throw away from my home. Mind you, I paid for the product and I paid the delivery and handling fee.
My daughter went for x-rays yesterday. Everyone who was there left with their results in hand.My husband left after waiting for over two hours for the results to take it back to our GP.Tgey said that they will send it to the doctor. This morning I am calling tohere when we will receive her results.The receptionist refuse to answer the phone after I told her what I am calling for.She is ignoring my calls and emails. People, there are better service providers than this pathetic place in Netcare Kuils River.Do yourselves a favor and read their reviews on Google.They are truly pathetic. So I now have to start from scratch.I prefer melomed with Morton and partners.I have made use of them previously and their service is outstanding.
Today is day 21. 3 Weeks ago I requested a refund for items not delivered and wrong quantity items. I keep on getting emails, but no service and no refund. I will not spend another sent in any PnP. I am thoroughly disgusted. I am going to have all my emails and replies placed in a newspaper with a screengrab of my bank account and shopping slip. People need to be made aware of PnP's lousy service and disinterest in a customer after they took your money, after your support.
The service is advertised as a month to month service.You can only pay it on the end of every month, no other date. You pay for a month on the 16th, and 15 days later they switch your fibre off.I am lost, help me understand.Also why can debit orders not be done on any other date and why can you not call a call centre and speak to someone.
November 2023 I shopped online, had a problem with 2 items(perishables) and was refunded in a jiffy. December 2023 I am shopping online again because I received good service the first time around. I paid for a six pack of milk but was given a 1 litre box, and then there was an item not available.I sent an email and received a sms that my call has been completed.Waited a few days, no refund. I enquired and still nothing.So, no refunds on items not available after you already paid for it and no refund when they send you a cheaper item. Also, when the client say golden syrup, you cannot go and substitute it with **** maple flavored syrup, it is not the same thing. And I never take substitutes. So disappointed.
Why is the amount you say you are paying on my bond more than the amount you pay on my bond? My bond statement shows that you are charging more, yet paying less to the bond, meaning you are adding to the amounts on paper, but deducting it for yourself and also charging your monthly fees.I smell trouble
