Greyhound’s customer care is disorganised. I cancelled my trip on time and submitted all required documents on 3 November 2025. I was advised to wait 21 days for my refund, but the period has passed and I am still waiting, with no clear update or resolution.
The maintenance lady has shown little concern for addressing the issues in my unit. These problems should have been fixed before I moved in, and although both the agent and inspection team informed her, she has not done her job. For the past two months, she has only responded by saying she will update me ‘in due time,’ yet nothing has been resolved. I still have a light that needs replacing and electrical plugs that are not working.
Worst Service !! Two Debits in one month !!!! My network was cut this morning requesting that I pay R250 on top of the R499 I pay monthly (Which for this month I paid on 25th Jan) I called them, the lady said The R499 was for the previous month and I am on The future plan. Thank God for the email I received with the reference number. The lady apologised and said it was a miscommunication (Miscommunication with my mone!!) always insist that they send you an email After every call
****mers!!! I bought a course last month. I studied once then it DISAPPEARED! I can no longer access what I paid for but it reflects on my bank statement. Udemy is not helping me in any way ! And I cannot get a refund
