There is something wrong going on @ momentum.Its been 4 days i submitted my claim and there is just no movement.The aim of this is to help paying clients in emergencies but momentum seemingly has no sense of urgency.This service is not acceptable.
My mother is a 64 year old retired teacher that has multiple policies with sanlam.She had a policy that was delaying to deduct its money and upon her querying about that to her dismay an *********** person that works for sanlam sky told her she was in arrears with all her policies as much as she gas never recieved any communication from her and as a result of this frustration she wrote to complaints at Sanlam and she has not recieved any feedback as if that was not enough frustration today she recieves an anual increace letter for one of her policies and to her dismay the contract has her dependents id number number who happens ti be my self her only child written incorrectly furthure to that there is an incorrect cellphone number on the contract as well that belongs to a Puseletso she doesnt know.I would love to belive that this is delibarate and the aim is to **** her even in death.This is a fradualent activity that I will not rest until it is resolved.
I am convinced there is someone inside standard bank deducting money from our accounts for uber eats ,I saw this and got alarmed only to speak to a very non chalant Lauren on the phone she did not give me the time and day.I can safely say this is definitely my last month getting my salary with this bank .This kind of service is pathetic to say the least.Ive never even made use of uber eats infact i dont have uber eats where i stay but i have 9 unber eats transactions this is defnaieu giving there is a syndicate inside this bank
A laptop was bought at Makro to be delivered by Friday the 19th July, no delivery or any form of contact was done .Today i see that the delivery was returned and theres still no contact from courier guy in PE.I was given a number to call it rings non stop,what must happen?must there be a problem with my parcel 1st because I am really confused by this disgusting behavior
I am convinced the only way to get a service at this Institution is through complaining ,I have never ever found joy in their administration service delivery with all the departments I have had to communicate with. I have been trying to track my honours certificate for a full week now with holding for hours on the phone and still not get assisted. My certificate request was approved by the 22 June 2024 but I still don't have it and not getting any help
I have been trying to activate my money account card for the last 3 weeks with no sucess.The 1st guy that helped me was so rude and dismissive to an extent of me saying I didn't want to carry on with the call.On Monday i emailed a copy of my id after figuring everything out by myself ,yesterday I made 2 calls and was assisted by a lady of the name Kwena whom ina polite manner made sure to dismiss as well .She asked me to resend an email to a different email address and about 4 hours later i called and she told me she was still waiting for the email. This kind of service is very shocking and unsettling especially if like me you have your pension and life cover with a company that doesn't care to service like this.
I was suffering from severe flu symptoms, i went to the ER in the evening and Dr ENGELA WYBENGA attended to me.Tell me why this doctor saw it fit to just nebulize,inject and give me 10 pain killers together with a prescription of flu stat pills.5 days later im still sick as a dog that time so much money was claimed from my medical aid. This is proper exploitation and it is disgusting we might not be doctors but we sure do deserve to treated with dignity and respect, I personally work hard to be able to have medical aid to be patronized like this.I would rather die than go to that hospital again.
The pain of dealing with this Institution, i have been emailing for my statement of results from the 4th Jan up to this day nobody has bothered to get back to me.
Getting hold of MANCOSA Staff members is a complete nightmare, i dont know if they understanding that waiting over the phone for over an hour os costly.I had resubmissions ,paid them but to this day i am still getting emails asking for money.My proof of payment was sent to sabeha.hoosen@mancosa.co.za as per their instructions but im still getting emails from the very same person.Dealing with this Institution really gives me anxiety, they just dont have proper systems in place and this is very worrying as we pay so much for tutuion and they are giving us below average services like this
There is something wrong with the service delivery from these drivers, this guy calls me i miss the call and i revert back to him hardly 3 mins later and he rudely tells me that my parcels dont have a clear address when the text i got notifying me they were out for delivery have the address and furthure says he has already left my office park he will see when he can deliver. IM SO IRRITATED TO SAY THE LEAST
