I am formally disputing the balance of R21 255,56 currently reflected on my account, as I believe it is incorrect. According to my records, I have only made two online purchases on Takealot—one for R3 064,00 and another for R8 308,00—which together total less than R15 000. I therefore request clarification on how the outstanding balance has reached R21 255,56. In addition, I seek an explanation for a transaction reflected on my statement as “Payment Made” in the amount of R9 460,23, as I require clarity on its origin and application to my account. I had tried to reach to their email address but no response, even tried to reach out to them via WhatsApp but I haven't received any response
This is the worst company because they have been harassing, calling me with some name and I have been telling that this is a wrong number. All their agents are rude 😒 😤 unprofessional and *********. I beg Foneyam to remove my number off their lists all of their lists because I've never done business with them
I just recently switched my bank to Nedbank, and I lot my lost my bank card. I did self service and the experience was the best. Thank you @Nedbank
Currently we have been waiting for assistance but no one has entertained us, only emergency service is opened but no stuff is treating us like that
