I don't know what the relationship is between The courier guy and Pudo. I have been waiting for this parcel for over two weeks now. They deposited it on Christmas eve and sent an email when I was told I would be sent an sms with a pin to collect. Anyway I saw the email on Christmas and I was at church. The email said it would be ava until the 26th. So around 11h00, I went to collect to find it was no longer there yet the email said it would be available until the 26th, nevermind that I didn't get the sms I was on the lookout for. I have called their call centre today and each time I get a different story. I have never experienced such bad service in my life, they could learn a thing or two from Takealot. Can I please ask ask the Courier guy to make sure I get my parcel today still. I called them around 8am today and I was following up now thinking my parcel would be enroute to me but alas not so. How ironic is that they collected the parcel yet when we wanted help through a WhatsApp line I was told it was outside working hours. I will never ever use the Courier Guy and Pudo, whatever the relationship is between the two. I am appalled. They gave me a number for their Empangeni office which rang off the hook without being answered. A call centre agent had to pull records because she didn't believe me when I said I called and was now doing a follow up. I am disgusted to say the least. I JUST WANT MY PARCEL!!!!!!!!
I invested R1000. A day later I was told I had made a profit of R50 000. Then I was demanded R5000 to release my profit. After a lot of convincing, I paid it. When I was expecting my payment, I was told I needed to pay R4500 to change my payment from international currency to a South African rand. I have been waiting for the payment now I am told have to pay R3000. At this point I have requested that they refund me my R10500.
Earnacar, samotorlease and pace car rental are one company. I leased a car with earnacar with a view of returning it when my finances improved. I bought a new car in December so I needed to take the car back to earnacar. I called to ask if I could do it in Durban as I had relocated. It was agreed that I could do that and one of their employees even advised that if I return the car early they would refund me the remaining mileage not driven. I returned the vehicle on 2 February 2024 to the pace car rental site. This morning, 26 February 2024,my account was debited once again, for what I don't know as I am still waiting for the refund. So a week ago, I followed up on my refund and I was told they are still checking the vehicle and I will be responsible for any mechanical faults. The vehicle was serviced as required and any mechanical problems were taken care of without claiming from them. A vehicle depreciates when you drive it unlike a house. I want to know what assessment are they doing as the vehicle was in perfect condition when I took it back. This morning when I called to enquire about the deduction on my account, the very person who advised me to return the vehicle early is now suddenly ******** of my matter. Had I known better, I would have just given notice for February and used the vehicle till 29 February and return it then.
I was under debt review,had finished paying my debts but it was difficult to buy because I am still listed in all the bureau's. I enlisted NDCSA for help and I can proudly say I have received my clearance certificate, I still need to wait 21 working days for the bureau's to remove the debt review flag. If all goes well I will be driving a New car soon. Thank you very much to the NDCSA team
I was expecting a delivery today. At 08h04 I missed a call. I saw it at 08h10. I returned the call, it was never answered. At 08h17 I received an SMS saying that the driver is at my gate which he was not. I called their office, they told me my parcel was out and they would track the driver. I called the driver at 13h30 and he didn't answer,then I called him with a different number and he answered. Told me he passed my area and he is not allowed to talk to me on his personal phone. Called the Joburg office and they kept me on hold until I dropped the call. I am still waiting for my delivery. I will never use this excuse of a courier.
