I've sent them whatsapp messages, email and phone calls with no response the only response I got was after they deducted my money of which the calls and other communication was for them not to deduct my money and cancel every. I have proof on my side they said their financial department will get back to me after 24 hours and it's more than 24hours now. I don't want anything to do with that company
I've called them a several times even sent emails for them to cancel my debit order and clearly they don't want to co-oparete with me and can they please make sure they don't take my money
Fedhealth is actually a ****, the actually don't listen. They can't do what's right and be consistent with their turnaround time.
Fedhealth doesn't want to downgrade me. I've been to patient and gave them the turn around time for the days they told me about but there's no response.
Yesterday my little sister and I bought 20 zinger wings at KFC Crown Mines, the lady who was assisting us was very friendly no complaints about that. We bought X2 10 zinger wings, street wise 1 and cooldrink. The wings had a bad smell the tatsed rotten and one bite the meat had blood. KFC really failed us I am really annoyed and our money just went to waiste because we couldn't eat these wings!!!
They have very poor service I don't wanna lie my bill was R453 and after a few days it has escalated to R1160 how ridiculous is that on top of it we are watching shows that are being repeated. Bad bad serviceHowovercome
