I had a horrible experience there yesterday, with a sick 3 year old while being 8 months pregnant. I booked an appointed with Dr. Geldenhuys at 10:00 and at 10:30 I have still not seen a doctor and other patients were pushed into his office before me. When I got up to leave, I was quickly ushered to a different doctor, Dr. Paulsen, which I did not request or make a booking with. I ended up leaving just after 11:00 with no diagnoses and a very sick and unhappy toddler. I tried to report to reception that I am now leaving since I cannot stay for over an hour with a sick child, as my bladder and back is already hurting, being pregnant and carrying a sick child from the nurses station and back to the Dr's office the whole time. No one looked up, tried to make eye contact or anything - it's like they were just to busy chatting and wasn't in the mood for patients, so out of desperation and exhaustion I just walked out. I was them phoned at 14:30 by Mediwell and aparantly they needed my email address (Which was provided with the forms I completed that morning) because the Dr. wants to send a script. How can you send a script if you have not diagnosed the patient? All I knew is it could be a virus like Rsv, Croep or Covid and treatments for all 3 differ... so again, how can you write a script if the patient is not diagnosed? Needless to say, I will not be returning to this practise. They don't care about being punctual, wasting your time or writing scripts without a proper diagnoses... and I'm sure they will charge my medical aid a fortune for this morning!
I just deleted the app and decided to, apart from warning all my friend and family members, to warn you, the general public too. Tonight, we ordered Chinese and firstly, our order never came. The Diver kept saying he was at our gate, but he was not physically there nor did it show he was near our address on the app. He then asked if we could send him our location on WhatsApp, which I feel is not okay or safe and yet he still could not get to our property and stayed in his location. After and hour and a half, waiting for our order, I phoned support to cancel the order and request a refund, feeling totally ****med and hungry. We then preceded to phone the restaurant and my husband went to pick up the order, only to realise that Mr Delivery charged us a full R120 more than the restaurant and we only gave a 5% tip. Which means, the app charges us 25% just to pick up an order and deliver the order AND we get ****med by their drivers or don't received our goods 1 out of 3 times we order. Please be aware and stay clear, even if you think it convenient!
I placed my order for a Kids Bug kit on 27/11/2023. It has now been 15 days, which is the average amount of days an order will take according to The Reliable store's shipping policy. Upon phoning the store, I not only had to wait 20 minutes to speak to a representative, but I was informed that my order was delayed by their supplier. This was not communicated to me what so ever - which is completely unacceptable. My order will now only be arriving within the week of Christmas. Needless to say I had to ask for a refund and make other arrangements for a Christmas gift. The reliable store is definitely unreliable and I would not recommend shopping with them. I will post a follow up review on how long it took to receive my refund after sending an email to cancel my order today. P.S. On true caller it states "Reliable store ****mers" and I think it's a very accurate description. Stay clear of the Reliable store if you want to avoid disappointment and very bad service.
We have been with Miway Insurance for three years now. On the 12th of October 2023, we were in an accident for the first time since joining Miway Insurance. Their response to the accident was swift and very helpful - thank you for that. We collected our AVIS rental as well and everything went smoothly. Our repairs was assessed relatively fast and they were approved within 14 days. On the 6th of November we received an email from Miway Insurance that the Panelbeaters are busy with their final repairs. This is where our experience went downhill. We phoned the Panelbeaters to enquire about our excess payment, since our vehicle's repairs were almost finished (according to Miway) and they informed us that they have not yet started any work on our vehicle, since they discovered additional damage and they are still waiting on approval from Miway Insurance- needless to say we were shocked. We have since had to return our AVIS rental, with no other means of transport, our vehicle is still not repaired and we have made numerous phone calls/WhatsApp enquiries to Miway Insurance, with absolutely no response/updates on our vehicles repairs. Every consultant we speak to promises to get back to us as quickly as possible and then they just never do. We are really shocked and disgusted in the lack of Service and communication from Miway Insurance. We have made 4 phone calls, started 4 chats on WhatsApp, spoken to a total of 8 consultants in the last five days. What more can we do?
