I joined the gym last Friday, my first session was yesterday (on Monday). Upon arriving at the gym around 4pm there was an Asian lady with her husband and they were enquiring about some discount, the lady at the reception was so rude to I actually felt bad for them, that an adult person could speak like that to another adult, little did I know that my turn was coming. I asked her about something I was told that the gym facility provides, the rude lady just said to me "no we don't do that her" I then told her that 2 of her colleagues actually told me about it, then she said to me stand aside you're blocking the qué, without assisting me. I found that to be rude and condescending, we're not children, we're not gyming for free we're paying to use that facility. I hope the management will follow up on this incident so I can provide them with details of what happened.
Wow this KFC at Rynfield terrace is just something, you always wait such a long time to receive your order, it doesn't matter wether you're using drive thru or you're a walk in customer. I still use because of it's location in relation to where I stay, but than I wouldn't be going there again. Their meat is forever not ready irrespective of the day or time of the week. maybe if their customer experience was good we'd even consider donating the R2 that they are forever asking. Your service is very bad
I recently took a contract phone with Vodacom, second month running the debit order is not going onto my account automatically, I have to make a manual payment, they have my account details and the debit order date, but they don't debit the account. So annoyed because they are ruining my credit history. I've been trying to contact them via their method of contact, I keep getting the useless bot that is limited in providing assistance. So disappointed with their service they don't even deserve a single star rating.
About 2 weeks ago, I went to an FNB branch at Mall at Carnival to get my card replaced as I had lost it. A new card was issued at a cost of R150. Later that day I tried using my new card and it was blocked and I couldn’t use it. The following day I went to Lakeside Mall to find out why my new card is blocked when I’ve never used it before. The consultant told me she can see the card is blocked, she does not know why. I then asked for a new card to be issued for me as this was clearly not a fault on my side. She said the only way she can issue a new card for me is if I pay another R150. I don’t understand why I should pay to replace a brand new card which I didn’t even get to use when no one can tell me why it was blocked in the 1st place. I have been without a bank card for almost 2 weeks now because the FNB is refusing to help me. This has been a huge inconvenience for me. Can someone contact me and get this sorted for me please
Had a terrible experience with their driver who was very rude to me and hung up the phone on my ear while I was trying to talk to him. The next day I called their office, their contact centre agent made empty promises just to get me off the phone, after he said their courier department will call me in few minutes, it's been hours since. I'm so disgusted by how unprofessionally they handled my query.
