Amazing Service
I am incredibly appreciative and grateful to the amazing team at Bertha Gxowa Hospital - Maternity Section. The exceptional care, and support I received when giving birth(16/11/2025) was truly unbelievable. From the midwife who helped me give birth, to the team at postnatal(including the wonderful lady who kept bringing us food and tea to drink) - you are all brilliant. I felt as if I was in a private hospital. You are all a true definition of what "people who are passionate about their jobs" means. Thank you all for being such amazing, caring and kind hearted people and making my experience nothing short of amazing. 🌈💕To add to this, today(30/01/2026) I went back to get a UIF form filled, from the nurses at reception to the nurse(Nomonde Mabunda) who assisted me, thank you very much once again for your exceptional service. Terrible Service from Uber Eats Houghton
I placed an order with my last money today and it was not delivered. They day the driver tried to contact me but I did not receive a call or message. Neither did my security at the complex. The security confirmed no one came to deliver for me today. This guy took a picture which I seen on the uber eats app. That is not where I live. I placed the order for convenience as I just had a baby and I am unable to go out. They took my last money and refuse to refund me. The driver is said to be a Mark. Please help as I need the items or either a refund!

Rain Wifi Disconnect despite payment being made
Good day, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the service I am currently receiving from Rain. My wifi was disconnected despite the fact that I made my monthly payment on 25 August 2025. When I log onto the app, it shows that my payment was received, so my wifi should be automatically reconnected. Till today, my account remains disconnected. I called in multiple times yesterday and today, no help. I even tried chatting to the bot, still no help. I called again just now and my call was placed on hold for several minutes and then dropped. I work from home and have been unable to work since yesterday because my wifi was disconnected. This is really frustrating, considering I have made a payment already. I had to purchase over R200 airtime/data yesterday just to use on calls etc. I need this matter attended to urgently, alternatively, please refund my money so that I can look into using another provider!!!! Their service is excellent and I would recommend Dr. Cilliers and his team to anyone who is in need of a beautiful smile. Everyone is so kind and accommodating at the practice. It has only been 11 Months and my teeth already look great. In my 30 years of living, this is the most confident I have ever felt. It has been an amazing journey thus far. Thank you.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE AT NEEDLE AND THREAD WORX
I had the most amazing experience with Thandi from Needle and Thread Worx. I was attending a wedding and needed a dress. I went to Thandi on the Monday and mind you the dress was needed for the Saturday. Thandi was so professional and her work was excellent, I think what spoke volumes for me was that she did not turn me down even in her busy schedule, she made time to accommodate me. She made my dress within 3 days. Her prices are reasonable. Her work and service is just PHENOMENAL!

Playball Service = EXCELLENT!
I would like to commend Playball for the amazing work on the programmes they offer. My son is way more confident ever since he started Playball, he is more physically, emotionally and socially active. My boy has improved even at home and is now more confident, he is also more attentive to all that he does. Thank you, your service is just excellent!

PITTER PATTER ACADEMY is an EXCELLENT school to send your child to!
I would just like to commend Shelly and her staff at Pitter Patter Academy for all that they do for the kids at the school. Both of my sons have gone to the Academy for years now, as much as they are at school, Pitter Patter will always be their home. It is a space not only of learning about school work, but they teach the kids values as little as that they are. They also learn about safety and the extra mural activities they do at the school are just phenomenal. Shelly you are just an amazing person, you love what you do and we love you for that. Thank you for all that you do. I would recommend Pitter Patter Academy to all parents. Reasonable fees and the service is just brilliant!!!

One of the most enjoyable aspects of getting a gift for someone is the fact that you will always make it unique to that person. I have had the pleasure of gifting my loved one’s personalized gifts to suit them and specifically made for them all thanks to "The DIY Box" and it left a lasting impression on me and the person who received the gift. From the moment I received the gift, I was captivated by the thorough and perfect precision of the work done on the items. The spelling was correct, the material was beautiful, and the items were just personalized so perfectly. The service was exceptional and the lady who does the work is so professional. I opted for their pajamas and bedroom slippers and the material was just beautiful. The printing was perfectly done. Further to the I ordered some wording to be printed for a backdrop as I was doing an event. I contacted the lady late as it was last minute and even through it was late she planned to accommodate me. The service at The DIY BOX is just so exceptional. The staff is professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the items. I followed up and purchased Christmas personalized shirts for myself and my family and once again, the work was just outstanding. It was evident that Lisa is passionate about providing a memorable experience for her customers. Additionally, the attention to detail on the items was commendable. Each item is always meticulously personalized, making it a visual treat. It is evident that the Lisa at The DIY Box possesses a high level of skill and expertise. In conclusion, my experience with The DIY Box has been truly exceptional. From the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded my expectations.
