Service decline
This company which I have been a member for 10-11 years, has had a huge decline to its services. In addition, they will do anything to not settle a claim. Deeply disappointed.

Deceptive
The business make you pay a deposit and don't call you back until weeks later, when you call back and they tell you cannot find spares. I asked them before leaving the appliance specifically if the appliance could be repaired on the basis of spares, I was told yes, no problem. Beware
