They handed my 'account' over for collection, but I've never received a single invoice , statement, phonecall or sms from them. I've never even heard of this business since today. Now it's just "Sorry we already handed it over we cant do anything" which I feel is incredibly unprofessional. Where's the communication?
If I could give 0 stars, I would! This courier company has ABSOLUTELY NO customer service and their delivery drivers are committing ***** by asking for bank statements upon delivery, which they SHOULD NEVER ask! Then when you refuse to give them what they want, they refuse to delivery your packages and guess what, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE so calling head office or contacting anyone through their website is USELESS. We've been struggling for DAYS on end just to track our orders and arrange delivery, or even just to talk to anyone who can help.
Our fox terrier suffered severe dog bite wounds so we took him to Onderstepoort because they were the closest. Little did we know they'd be overcharging for his treatment. Over R10,000! And they don't offer any payment plans at all, and refuse to give your dog back if you don't pay EVERYTHING upfront! It's insane and way too expensive! Every time we had to take him back to get his bandages changed it was another R2000. The best part is that they didn't even give him any stitches, which he badly needed, they just had us coming back each time for clean bandages and another R2000. I ended up taking him to another vet and they immediately gave him stitches and clean bandages, charging R4500 and told us that if we had gone to them from the start it would have only cost us the R4500 and nothing more. So what a joke Onderstepoort vets is, because seems to me they only care about the money and not the animals! Shame on you! You won't ever be seeing us again.
Bad service all over. We ordered a recliner lounge suite online and paid R16,000.00 for it, only to not have it delivered after 1 week - with multiple empty promises for the delivery, but we just get excuses and no solutions. It's almost impossible to reach customer care and once you do, the person on the other end doesn't really help with anything. It's just delays and excuses and bad service all over. We've requested a refund, but no one is getting back to us at all. Shocker. I'll never buy from this place again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
We've been great supporters of Gys Pitzer in Lindo Park for years, having bought multiple vehicles from them in the last three years, but now when we need to claim on the insurance for one of the vehicles we purchased from them, suddenly the insurance company is in liquidation and the warranty is useless, and Gys Pitzer refuses to help in any way or take account for the fact that we now have to pay for the service our vehicle needs. Aftrer 70,000km we've driven with the vehicle, the suspension collapsed and now no one wants to take accountability for it, even though the warranty is "valid" till next year. We were supposed to receive an email or sms notification from the insurance company that they were shutting down and that we needed to move to another insurance company, but we never received it, and now it's our problem even though we paid for the full warranty when we purchased the vehicle. How is this fair? We are extremely unhappy with their lack of assistance with this issue and will most likely never purchase another vehicle from them or refer other people to them either. They've lost us as clients.
