Bank Accounts hacked 3rd January 2025. Clear trail of events leading ****** funds into a Nedbank Account. I was told 2-4 weeks for investigation. Almost 4 months later still no solution. 3 weeks ago lodged a complaint with the Standard Bank Complaints department. Was promised it would be resolved in 5 working days. That hasn't happened. Banks don't care about your problems only their profits. DON'T USE STANDARD BANK OR NEDBANK. Try one who cares.
Tried to make a return online booking from Cape Town to London. Cannot enter departure and return dates. Both are the same. Help center was useless as i had to repeat everything 5 times without any help. Really! Need far more efficient staff.
Despite requests to fix a potentially lethal installation and get system working meets with no response at all. Avoid this company.
Ordered 2 fresh Zinger Fillets on Thursday evening, with fries and 2 drum sticks. Drum sticks perfect, Zinger Fillets OLD, DRY & inedible. I was to far away to return. Won't stop there again.
Bought 2 coffee cups @ R 50.00each. First time I made coffee, the cup made a noise and cracked leaking water and coffee everywhere. My wife made tea I in 2nd cup this morning, same problem At store in George owner is refusing to replace. Buy with caution from here.
We recently had a cable (about 32meters) put in conduit and buried about 6 inches underground. Total cable length was 45meters. This job should have cost R2 500.00 maximum. However someone's greed charged our unsuspecting club R 7 383.00 for the privilege of this. Fair profit is one thing. Getting ********** is something different. Be careful when dealing with this business.
Ordered 20 meters Tracpipe (special gas pipe) online from them. Got the run around for days as the advertised price was "incorrect". Then suddenly out of stock. Eventually refunded. Advertised price should be the price you pay. ****mm
My accounts were hacked and cleaned out on the morning of the 3rd January 2025. Till now the bank has done nothing to recover my money. 12 days have passed with no solution. Bank simply doesn't care about people anymore just profits. Customer service went out when COVID arrived and has not come back. The only thing increasing every year are "service charges" ??? No service, no help, no care !
