Terrible scsmming vet!! I have written prove that i told Dr Baker not to go over my budget!! He simply choose to ignore this and false claim he did tell me during examination! NO ONE .. AND I REPAET NO ONE once called me or email or text to get permission and clarify the amounts of extra test he wanted to do! By law you 1st need to inform a customer and take permission which was not done. And i have prove also stating i told him to stop! Which he just ignored!! However i will take matter furthers.. also do go and see some reviews as this ****ming service has been going on for years.. which i sadly only saw now!! He didnt even give 1 tablet of medication for treatment at home!! After qoatation of R4300... he raced up the bill to R9070... even after strictly being told not to! Refused to give me our cat if we didnt pay. Dr baker is very rude and couldnt even give determin the cause.. which a female vet then came to apologize stating im right by law all test should 1st get permission after giving thr price which was not done! After a huge argument and me telling them i will call the police he drop to R5700!!! Which i will claim back as this taken from us against the law.. he gave my cat and not even 1 tablet!! Fot treating him at home! I have all screen shots and did request the recordings of the phone calls.. but was denied.
I need an urgent refund for money i were paying which i did not give my consent to so this is ******* and ***** and theft. Got called on 26 Feb at 08:58 the morning from an vodacom agent with the dealer ID VDCOM AND USERNAME : JAGGK001 Stating clearly to change my package for my contract with a lower amount but more benefits. This call can be traced and i will take matter tor court as i even repeatedly asked the agent specifically about the amount. My original amount of 1088.98 i signed for Then became R1302.98 which i did not and I repeat I DID NOT agree to was then debit from my account. I went to vodacom store and they told me i need to wait few month before they can fix it Resulting in me paying this R1302.98 for 5 months. And minus thr extra money from my original amount of R1088.99 it is R213.99 extra every month. And i say again i did not give consent to this. I also waited for the investigation staff to call me back and they never did! But the amount of R1069.95. Need to be refunded immediately to my account as this was ****** from me!
Terrible service!!! Since 4 April i did an online upgrade... on 8 April RAM claimed to tried to deliver which is a lie, as i was home with order number K4793135. However contacting vodacom again and arranging 3rd party delivery to be done, waited and waited... then on 11April the courier came to deliver at my daughters house with her ID on the box labels and everything they didnt want to give my parcel tp her. And took it back upon then we spoke with the supervisor manager assuring us we will recieve it the same day Friday before 5pm..and NOTHING. After calling several times no answer.. on the monday caling Vodacom again.. now telling me we have to do everything again!! So on 16April doing the whole process again!!! Even recieving emails and sms to confirm everything... With order number 5-36148892808971 And dealer name: LIKEMINDS-VDLKI Its now 24 april!!! And still nothing!! Its pathetic!! As a years long customer i was expected to get some service and always paying fully.. i will hand this matter to the onbudsman.
Terrible terrible service!!! Since Monday Ram has been calling my mom snd myself several times to confirm 3rd party delivery so that i can recieve my mom's parcel on her behalf! As i did many many times! My mom did all the procedures required with vodacom. And ram even confirmed with me my ID number. But since Monday failed to deliver. Then on Friday finally arriving at my house even with my ID details on the box refuse to give it to me. As RAM failed to do their work on the systems. However the driver tried to assist and a supervisor spoke with me and assured me he will sort out the matter and i will recieve my parcel the same day. Calling me and arranging for 3pm to recieve my parcel. I rushed home...waited and waited ...nothing!!! I called and called no one picks up the fone!! And still no parcel!!!
Cell C is totally messed up company!!! And busy making my name bad with my credit rating!! I will take them to court! Of the staff is useless to do their jobs they get pay for!! They better clear my name immediataly! Account number 424954743 AAzeem As this contract i cancelled same day of recieving! I also then reported cell c on hello peter because od their lying schemes and failure to give sercive!! I have all evidence and photos and screen shots from day 1 i had this problem with cell c!!! Now they send me accounts for huge amount and state i dont pay!! I will not tolerate.this in any manner and will.report them to the onbuds man aswell!!! They better clear my account right away!!!
Its with great big dissapointment i need to write this review.... ive been a vodacom customer for many many years.. i did my upgrade on 23 sept online in the morning, that afternoon i recieved an sms from ram with a tracking number for my parcel, i waited and waited, days later still nothing .. i called vodacom and then they told me they are doing stocktake!! What nonsense!! I need that devices before 2 Oct!! They told me delivery will start again on 1 Oct. So i better recieve my order 1 October!!
After my previous review, i struggled for several week still with cell c!!! And after weeks finally they fetch the sealed device and sealed simcard. Then i was told contract is cancelled even i never opened the simcard everything still in the bubblewrap... however now im recieving emails i owe money..and what nonsense!! Im in arrears!! Even still waiting for confirmation that the debit order was cancelled!! So cell c is big fruadsters it seems!!! Reference number 424954743 the account number...
On 17 July a cell c constant contacted me stating i qualify for a contract.. after long long discussion i agreed on a certain device. After giving her all my business account details she then return a call stating they cant use my business account for debit order.. i need to give my personal bank account. What nonsense!! As its my own business. I then clearly statrd to her my personal account can not ne used for debit orders!! Many times! I gave her the details and then again told her not and i said many times DO NOT put a debit order on there! She then explained no if i reviece the device before opening i must call cell c to say i pay with eft.. this was thursday 17July bear in mind and i will recieve the device after 7 to 10 working days!! I said again im telling you do not put a debit order on my capitec!! She cut my call!! Ok so next day friday.. 18 July after 2pm here is the device at my home!! I then didnt even take it out of the bubble wrap.. coz i recieved sms messages during the night at 1am.. a debiet is in my capitec for an amount 3 times more than told!! And also the device was not was she said! So simcard not even opened phone not opened all still in the delivery bubblewrap..i called cell c saturday morning 9am.. as friday i was in meetings till 6pm. And told them to cancel this emmediataly!! The male consultant was very rude!! And didnt assist me properly.. then said within 24 hours they will collect the device.. i told him he better stop and remove the debit order.. but according to him he cant!! Ok... no one came to fetch the device!!! Monday morning cell c calls me... arranging again to fetch the device . I told this consultant also to remove this debit right now as capitec told me cell c must remove it!! Still and we are now at wednesday 24July!! No one removed the debit order!!! No one fetched this device!! My kids maintanace will be deposited 25 July and id there is a debit order from cell c taking 1Cent im taking this matter to police and court!!! As i have a lawfull garnish for my children to get money for food not for cell c!!
I placed and order at 7am on 25 november! After 14:00 still waiting! But they stated delivery 8:30am...after calling 4 times my order arrives at 16:30!! And not even half of my goods is completed!! Phoning again 3 times.. getting promised everytime my goods is coming... its now 22:10... AND NO GOODS STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER
