Payment portal does not work. Has not for months of bad reviews to company. After several months attempted payment via Absa Bank EFT, it does not work! Several attempts and duplicate payments which do not reflect. Payment attempt via card declined although funding available. Not a true reflection. Must we endure further sms from DSTV to threaten cutoff of access? When will this be sorted out?
Another Online selling company using Facebook to ****. Appears to be genuine and sells "medical" apparatus for sciatic nerve assistance. Credited by a "Dr". A fictitious order number and tracker which runs for a few days and then comes to an end stating the item has been delivered. An email address is provided wich looks genuine but never replies. A loss of over R600. First check reviews!
Signed up with a debit order which has been changed without my permission to credit card or cash. I signed a contract for 3 years and am only in my first year of contract. What are the legalities of the breaking of a contract by the company? Does this mean that I can cancel? I have sent letter to them on 29 Oct ref ST0271749. I have had no response since then and wondering when and what time of month to pay. I do not want a bad credit record as last month the debit order was not collected and neither was a reminder sent to pay.
Cell C have changed their App. Thay are no longer contactable for complaints. All the new information is out of date including the following: no info is available of my LTE contract. I cannot monitor the usage.i cannot register the number online either. The information has accessed from outdated email addresses which we cannot change on our profile They do not give a call centre no on the App to change all the errors. Poor service.
Unfortunately the good review of this morning did not hold up to its promises. For the 4th time this week after extensive repairs and costs, the vehicle is not starting. A very poor average and reflection on hurried work and untrained staff. All the good faith and trust fades because of rushed jobs.

Could anyone running a business please advise me how to cancel a non functioning internet connection? Payments are taken but service has broken down countless times every day since July of last year. I wonder If Hello Peter can escalate this to Icasa for me?
Finally, after 8 months of LTE problems, the problems appear to be sorted. Time will tell. Thank you to Warren who personally came to me home to sort out the problem.
Cell C will continue to get poor ratings until it delivers the services for which the public are paying . When your LTE drops you several times a day and cuts of your emergency connection to your business, your email and your sick relatives for 6 months into a new contract, then they must expect escalation to the Ombudsman department. If customers must hire private companies to sort out their lack of service then they must pay the account. Too many *********** workers covering up with desperate measures to connect with non functioning towers which leave you without service all night is unacceptable. I do not want another reference number, I want the service for which I am paying or they must cancel the contract and refund.
The LTE contract supp**** by above company is the worse ever. Cuts off 4 x a day. After Technical dept. Helped to change to Vodacom towers, Which should have been informed to the customer, another small glitch on their top up program arose. The Sim no of the LTE is not recognized on their top ups for data, although the number is visible for orders. The outcome is that all the money spent on data top up goes to the cellphones and then you are short on the LTE data so they cut you off! Finally, after many written complaints it appears that if under contract, customers must call in to request extra data. Would have been much easier if we were informed of this when we signed up.
