I sent money from my mtn Momo to send imali and the money reversed; I have been calling MTN FROM since to get help but there's no response. I have been calling mtn Momo non-stp with no help instead I get attitude from the agents. money has not yet been refunded from 22/11/2025 till 05/12/2025. 14 days now, for a 24-hour query.
My experience with LPA was fab. He knew the product from the beg till the end. and also received a holiday voucher and i would recommend people to buy their timeshares... like me
MTN MoMo they have poor customer service.... I used the app to send money to myself and I did receive my voucher after an hour as expected. I called the after 2 hours to find out what going and they hang up on I thought my airtime is finished I bought another airtime a d called again I was put on hold for 24 minutes or more then they hang up.... I guess is their style to hange ip on customers and urgently want that money to
The consultant Thandekile Radebe called me when she saw that my policy was not updated properly. She gave me the treatment of a queen. She was patient with me and checked all my details as they should be.
Zinolia has assisted me to add my beneficiaries to my policy and transfer my call for car Insurance. Great help she gave
