ZERO STAR property development in the heart of nowhere
Not worth your mental state, if you want to pay R7400 deposit and only get back R1900 then look no further than the ****mers of Riversands. The whole organization is a mess, the assistant agent Veli will charge you R3 400 for paint demages as if you spilled tomato sauce on the walls and asked your kiddies to draw wall art all over the walls. You get billed on things that don’t make sense to tenant or lessee. Sharifa is a nightmare case on her own. GCT will take as much money from your utilities wallet as they like, the WiFi is always off, gym is barely functional, sauna rooms haven’t been functional in the 1.5 years I’ve been there, walls have water marks by the corridors, lights go before they should at morning and sunrise, drains are always blocked, the grey water splashes your car and pavements (grey water is water used after bathing by multiple tenants which they use to water the plants), kids scratch your cars, management finance department is a mess, cars are crashed into during my duration staying there, corners do not have a curving mirror so accidents are frequent, they say no quadbikes but there is quads in the parking where cars ought to park. The place smells horrible, can never take a walk. Roaches? Unbearable, soccer field is never watered and is dying the grass is yellow and not maintained, snakes are prevalent, mismanagement of moving from 1 bed to 2 bedrooms is a thing. DO NOT DO IT

The biggest red flag in property development era - find out at your own will
“As little deposit possible back” specialists, if you want to pay R7400 deposit and only get back R1900 then look no further than the ****mers of Riversands. Based on their Google reviews, surely rigged reviews but let’s have the emails validated as the whole organization is a mess, the assistant agent Veli will charge you R3 400 for paint demages as if you spilled tomato sauce on the walls and asked your kiddies to draw wall art all over the walls. 70 inch Smart TV ****
STAY AWAY FROM SKYWORTH TV’s, there are not enough equipped repairers to fix the TV’s. My 70 inch tv arrived with a visible crack on the top right screen, I tried to reach out but they say that it voids the warranty, ofcause it does cause a faulty tv was sent through without due diligence. A tv worth over R10 000. Appalling!!! Stay away from Skyworth smart TV’s, your warranty means nothing to them. Parts are far too expensive to even think of replacing

SELLING DEFECTED SKYWORTH TV’s, operator called Bonisa S (WORST CUSTOMER CARE)
On the 4th of October 2023 I ordered a Skyworth 70 inch TV from takealot worth R9999.00, upon its arrival I realised that the tv is defected and damaged. I log a return with takealot which took a long time for the item to be returned, once their unprofessional drivers FINALLY came I packaged the tv back to takealot thinking I’d get a refund or replacement. Takealot only informs me on 29 November 2023 that they will not replace the item, once the tv arrives back in my hands on the 30th of November it arrives is a worse state than it left with ink splattered all over the screen and visible crack marks on the face of the screen that were not there. I have tried talking to them and pleading but to no avail, they instead opted to ask a 3rd party delivery company DP Laser to deliver, they could not gave me myself with their useless drivers who probably kicked and stopped the face of the tv. They said it voids the warranty, ofcause it does cause they delivered a defected TV duuh? Stay away from takealot products over R5000 cause you WON’T get your money back should something go wrong, also, important to note that STAY AWAY FROM SKYWORTH, there are not enough equipped repairers to fix the TV’s.
