The best service and food we have ever experienced! Not only do the waiters go out of their way to make us feel comfortable, but Mr. Cor has, on numerous occasions during extended power outages, shown incredible support to the community by allowing us to work from the restaurant and charge our devices and UPS units. This man is made of pure gold — and it truly reflects in the outstanding service, delicious food, and the dedication of his staff.
Dear Takealot Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint and request a full refund for a blood pressure machine I recently purchased from your online store, Takealot.com. The product is not fit for purpose and fails to perform as advertised. Specifically: The readings are inaccurate and inconsistent, which defeats the purpose of monitoring blood pressure. The cuff does not fit properly around my arm, making it impossible to take an accurate reading. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008, Section 56(2) provides that a consumer may return goods to the supplier within six months after delivery if the goods fail to satisfy the requirements and standards set out in Section 55 — namely, that goods must be of good quality, in proper working order, and fit for the purpose for which they are intended. Since the product clearly fails to meet these standards, I am exercising my right under the CPA to return the item and request a full refund. According to the Act, this refund must be processed within five (5) business days of the return being approved. Please advise on the return process and confirm when I can expect my refund. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Good day Hope you are well I am at this stage exceptionally upset and irritated by Protea metering the box of some sorts broke it was repaired fast and we were so impressed Then we needed to top up and top up again after having bought enough units for the month. The old box which we had more than enough units to get though the month after very many emails I called and get told it takes 7 working days for them to transfer the units!!!! WTH!!! there is 0 money in my account and the box broke to no fault of our own why are we being punish or left without Electricity when we have bought electricity Again enough for the whole month! This needs resolved today and sorted I work until 6 at night to keep the lights on and a roof over our head HELP
Again this is the million month in which my line is cut even after I have paid the blimminh bill I am so exausted
What an amazing place to stay, staff is wow and the view from my room was spectacular with so many things to do at the resort and around it. So much fun. I had such an absolutely amazing time Thank you.
Again we are without network or internet, again I am going to lose money, please we can not carry on like this. If anyone has sudgestion for different network providers please let me know
Been having network problems, then waisted so much money on data and airtime to work, got a mere R100 odd discount from Rain Paid the balance and Still my connection gets cut after I paid my bill in full REDICULOUS how am I meant to do my work!!!!!!! I CAN'T DO MY NIGHT SHIFT THIS IS BEYOND STUPIDITY I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS RUBISH
Been trying the last couple of days for them to sort the line out with no avail. The agents just tell me to reset and plug in and out and remove the Sim and reinsert. I have done it all a million times and still. I have missed a day of work because of the pour network quality. RAIN DOES NOT GIVE A FLYING F ABOUT IT'S CLIENTS.

If there was a way I could give zero stars I would. Been loading electricity in different ways and still no electricity loaded. Payment reflects on the system yet no electricity units loaded I called an hour later to be told that I will take 3 hours for tech to come out information I was not given when calling. Honestly I can't understand this. I wish our complex would get a new provider.
