Extremely poor after-sales service – avoid ITS Heat Pumps I bought a heat pump from ITS Heat Pumps in Somerset West, which was installed by a plumber they personally recommended. From day one, the heat pump made an extremely loud noise, so loud that it woke people up at night. This was clearly not normal or acceptable for a brand-new unit. I immediately contacted ITS Heat Pumps. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply gave me the same plumber’s contact details again and told me he must check fittings, couplings, and clean certain components. After this visit — and another expensive bill — the heat pump was still just as noisy. At this point, the unit was still under warranty, yet nothing was resolved. Terrible After-Sales Service and No Support My experience with ITS Heat Pumps has been extremely disappointing. Once the product was sold and paid for, their interest in me as a customer completely disappeared. Their after-sales service is terrible. Despite ongoing issues, they never once offered to repair, replace, or even send one of their own technicians to properly inspect the system. There was no ownership taken and no effort made to resolve the problems. I invested a significant amount of money in a heat pump specifically to reduce my electricity bill, only to discover that a heat pump is not the solution I was promised — and ITS Heat Pumps certainly does not stand behind their product. Customer support is non-existent, and communication is frustrating and unhelpful. I will never buy another product from this company again. I strongly advise any potential customers to look at other suppliers and avoid ITS Heat Pumps at all costs. There are far better options out there with companies that actually care about their customers after the sale.

Their system is an absolute mess. Trying to call them is a nightmare; the automated menu doesn’t allow you to select any option no matter what buttons you press. It’s like talking to a wall. Their website is no better – I couldn’t even register properly for a booking. When I finally did get registered, I never received the activation email, leaving me completely stuck. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve this, but there’s no way to get any assistance. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating and a massive waste of time. I would NOT recommend using VFS Global for any visa processing. Their systems are outdated, their customer service is non-existent, and overall, it’s been a disastrous experience. Definitely need to improve or risk losing more customers!
Clientèle constantly bombards customers with daily robocalls, which has become extremely frustrating. This relentless calling needs to stop, and the company should face penalties for these intrusive and unwanted calls. It's like a plague worse than Covid-19!!!!!!!!!!!! Stop calling me. Why would I do business with your company? You are not respecting anyone's privacy. No respect for the Popi act!!
Internet speed slow and not nearly on what we agreed. I missed one payment, my internet service was immediately terminated. When I phoned them and asked to re-instate the service I was without internet for two months. Thereafter I terminate all payments. They blacklisted me and have also lawyers trying to get the money from me for a service I never received. Stay away from this company.
We bought a property from Lutoria Investments in 2018 and received fantastic and professional advice from the developers. Everything was discussed in detail with us and the property was finished in time as agreed upon. Now 5 years later they again helped and assist us with an issue at the Estate. Thank you for the continues support and professional service.
