I have been submitting certified documents and according to the bank the stamps are not visible .This is the only institution I am struggling with .I went to the banks to submit the documents but still docents have to be emailed to deceased department who comes back and query the poloce station stop visibility ,I have changed 3 police stations around me so far still same response.I am tired can someone tell me what to do please or must O just forget about the money in my husband 's account .Its almost 9 months with a trail of enails
I am very disappointed on Old mutual, we had an insurance with the which was ceded with nedbank.Nedbnk made their claim and they have been asking old mutual to send them bbk detials so that they can pay back the proceeds so that beneficiaries should be paid,since January till now its been back and forth of emails ,going to branches with no help.This ads to train of loosing a beloved one.My biggest worry is I have policies with old mutual whats going to happen if I die my children will struggle to receive what is fully theirs .Can someone please resolve my issue,I am tired of receiving ref numbers after reference numbers.I am tempted to take my business elsewhere,its sad cause I have been with old mutual for more than 20yrs.
I bought 2 pairs of jeans and 2 caps on buy one get one free. One pair of Jean was R699. 00 and the other one was R699. 00, a cap wa R199. 00. To my understanding and their explanation you get the cheapest free. Guess what they did instead of giving me one Jean and 1 cap free they gave me two caps for free. I contacted the store and unfortunately they are not willing to hear me, I wanted to return the items and they saying items on sale are not to be returned. I can't believe there are stores who still say no return nor exchange. Tape with the quality and their prices range should do something about that policy. If they can't refund at least allow exchange
What an appaling experience I had with Truworths Wonder park. I went to the store to make an exchange of items. I was then told that the return period has passed. I asked what should I do with the items because they are small and don't fit my child. The items are still new with tags and I have the receipt. To be told by their cashier that I am making noise, the other customer next door could not stand there and listen to the cashier disrepecting another client she told her not to speak to a customer like that. I was then given a web page to sent my request. I received an email from their customer service "the initial return was declined due to the return policy. WE CONFIRM THAT OUR AREA MANAGER HAS AUTHORIZED A RETURN AND THAT YOU WERE MADE AWARE. I went back to the store with the email, only to be told that their area manager doesn't know about my enquiry and there is no authorisation. Such a reputable store with such customer service. I again told the store manager that no one said anything about my complaint about the behavior of their staff, she then said they are dealing with the issue internally. I am the one who complained I should be kept in the light of what it is happening with my complain. I had to ask the store manager Neo to follow up with their customer service as she was saying there is nothing they can do. The service level doesn't match the prices in the store. Can somebody please get back to me.
I had a contract with vodacom for more than a decade.After contract term I decided to now be on a month to month basis, its almost a year now. To my suprise vodacom decided to upgrade my number to 5 times what I am paying currently. Upgrade was done without my consent, I have been trying to resolve this since October 30th up to date. End of November they decided to debit the money we did not agree on, I reversed the debit order and paid the amount we agreed on. Since my communication with vodacom trying to resolve this i have been told that my account will ve credited so that I do not pay the new amount, to my suprise I am still receiving sms to pay the new contract amount. They are acknowledging receiving my payment (the agreed amount) but still insist I pay the new contact amount. I have been trying to cancel the month to month contract as I did not want to deal with vodacom even in December but they treat that like 24 months contract and I was told that can be canceled at anytime, now I have to pay thrm again im December. I told them I dont need your data, your airtime, I want nothing from vodacom! What ****es me off is it is now my problem of more than a month.
