I would like to give Frans and Tertia a HUGE compliment in assisting me with my One Nav radio and the air conditioner in my Hilux bakkie. This kind of professional and friendly service is hard to find. Frans really walked the extra 10 miles for me. From the first phone call to them, to the final invoice - absolute great service! I would highly recommend them.
I ordered and paid for a product including delivery, only to realize there is a pick up point near me. No way to cancel the delivery and get a credit. No telephone number to phone. Only a chatbot that refer you to a website. Money out of my account, but showing awaiting payment. No telephone number to speak to someone. I will never order from an electronic chatbot company again. Why can one not phone someone to speak to??
What a bad experience. On 19 January 2022 my son paid a fee of R550 deposit for a spare key for his Bantam bakkie. He asked no questions and paid them. The man told him that Enoch their technician will contact him to do the key and the coding the following morning. Since yesterday Enoch only made promises and telling lies. Lying bluntly in my face that he is in Paarl and on his way to my son. It is now the 22nd and Enoch have blocked my number, and not answering any of calls. Worst service I have had in Paarl in years. PLEASE avoid Capeetra Automotive Electricians at all time. Just can imagine if we depended on them for an emergency?? Pathetic to say the least
<p>I registered at Loona.co.za and made a purchase of a printer cartridge. Confirmation was send of my order, and my payment was confirmed. Advertised that delivery is between 2-3 days. My payment was made on 31 May 2018 - they do not respond to my emails or whatsapp, and the phone line goes to voicemail.</p>
<p>I drove to Pretoria from the Western Cape, only to have an unmarked middelman in the road spoiling my trip. I went to Reanault Wonderwaters on the Monday, only to be told they can only help me that Thursday only, although I only wanted a quote that would take 10 minutes. I contacted Renault Fountains and eventually spoke to Christiaan. Now this is what you call a SERVICE manager - he listened to my story, and said he is waiting for me, which he literally did when I arrived. This man went out of his way to accomodate me with my car, and in less than 10 minutes my problem was sorted - only plastic clips and not any damages under the vehicle. i must compliment you Christiaan - you should get a salary increase as you definately know the meaning of the word service. Thank you very much </p>
