Emanzimtoti branch has the rudest most self entitled manager I have ever come across in my life, Ms Philile Nzimande is the manager at the time of service, we ordered 8 medium meals (and this is important) while waiting for our order I asked the cashier for a cup as I know the soda water at the store is bottomless and FREE... she handed me a cup and I had some water, after which I tossed the cup in the bin. Upon receiving our order I was told I only get 7 cups for our drinks as they had already supp**** me a cup earlier for water. If I wanted another cup I would have to pay for another drink! This manager was so rude leaning on the counter telling me that it's not her problem I threw away my cup and she can't help me if I didn't think for myself to keep my cup... Now I'm not petty to complain and review a store for a simple paper cup but more the TASTELESS service! I would not recommend this branch to anyone who believes in a good meal with decent service.
Agent or Saint This review is not as much for MTN but rather for one of the agents in store at Galleria Mall, Amanzimtoti KZN. This employee was an absolute saint and such a pleasure to do business with! She made sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I wish there was a compliments department where they could give recognition to employees, as this agent deserves the credit! Absolute disgrace! You pay almost 4k on medical aid p/m and when you need medical assistance you are smacked with a 4k co-payment. Essential/ high risk procedures and conditions should be covered without restriction or co-payment especially on the entry level and lower cost medical plans. The whole reason people are on those plans are due to either low income or compulsory medical aid required by employers which in turn means those individuals aren't in a financial position to afford co-payments to that extent. Cover for international travel is set a 5 million but hardly ever used but limited cover for essential care in one's own country. Medical aid schemes should be ashamed of themselves for this situation. Servicing the consumer but their only interest and internation is lining their pockets with money that the consumer has to fork out for false interpretation of what their plan does and does not cover! We are urged to complete various tasks to increase health funds but this is allocated and limited to specific services that are rarely required by the consumer. When looking at the available care provided by government institutions and weighing it to what medical aid offers and what medical aid actually cover, the consumer is forced to accept services from government institutions due to the lack of finances to cover medical aid schemes co-payment! Pathetic way of showing compassion, empathy and humanity towards the consumer.
Absolutely disappointed! No “snow globe” ! No prizes! No access to website! No customer support…. This happened with six different Coca-Cola containers and scan codes! I guess Santa is on holiday this year
Absolutely will not recommend this “service” to anyone! 1. No link for Capitec bank to pay your booking! 2. If my EFT payment doesn’t show within 6 hours my booking gets cancelled but my refund takes 3-5 business days! 3. Costumer service tells me they will refund my money but doesn’t send the link to receive my banking details! 4. It took 9 days to finally receive my refund and not even an email to notify me of this! Not happy, not satisfied and most certainly not spreading a good word about travelstart!
South African Airways ! I was really disappointed after a really good start to my flight. Service was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful, flight was a great experience but finding dried fruit that past its “best before” date in the on flight meal given was unacceptable! How did this happen?
