Since December we have been experiencing extremely slow network to no network. We have logged numerous support tickets from the app but nobody gets back to you...nobody even bothers to take calls...the 1st 3 months was exceptionally good service but than slower and slower network speeds to currently no internet...oh but debiting your account for the monthly bill is done very fast...since I have not been getting any feedback from their Support tickets this is a last resort before changing suppliers. Rain you have a week to improve your service delivery before loosing another client...as for the reviews here 21k bad reviews speaks volumes. 1 star is too much at this stage.
Sheldon and Steven were absolutely professional in the way they conducted their business, very Knowledgeable and gave me lots of Valuable Advice for my new Gas Geyser System. Their workmanship is Superior, very neat and very professional. Reasonable prices for top class workmanship. I will definitely be keeping their number for future business as there is so much more they have to offer than just supply and installation of my gas geyser system.
totally and utterly frustrated with their service and attitude from their staff. i have a DSTV Stream Package that i utilize purely for the Soccer Channel we watch absolutely nothing else because of the Constant Repeats. my issues is the that the SS3 Channel 203 constantly buffers on Big Game matches and has a 3 minute delay so matches are not Live. My Fiber supply is Perfect as the other DSTV **** Channels will play Perfectly fine. I have called numerous times and the staff are always unwilling to help, the self Service options do not work. does anyone have an Alternative for watching the Premier League, Champions League, Europa League, and F.A Cup besides this Platform.
i just need to settle my account and need to know how long will it take to receive my Paid up letter and ownership papers for my car... but i keep getting cut off at their call center and nobody gets back to my emails very poor service indeed
This company are complete Blood Sucking Parisites. 5 years ago I settled a Capitec credit card with them. They did not reflect my payment to Capitec and Capitec listed me. For 5 years now I have been blacklisted and the removal process takes forever to conclude. They will arress you for payments. they will give you a settlement amount over the phone and when you ask for it over mail they send you an encrypted document that gets destroyed once opened. They never answer their phones or keep you hanging until you get frustrated and drop the call. I am at my wits end with these Parisites they tarnish your credit profile for fun
Utterly pathetic I can't stand multi choice. If a competing company just had rights to the Premier League, Uefa and world cup Multichoice would have absolutely no customers in S.A You pay your installment on the 24th November and they cut you off on the 12th December 😡 than all their platforms cannot assist you.
