Hi, I’m unable to extend my loan.. I received a link however it’s not working and tried to call but I was on hold for the long. I sent an email last week and there was no response.
I ordered from Mr Price in the 22nd of March and the parcel have been with City logistics since the 25th of March till now lol, I really don’t have any words hey. I have ordered something again from the store on the 28th on the 1st of April I received a notification to collect the order. I don’t know what city logistics is doing with my package lol I really don’t know shame. Worst part is that they calling all the time to ask if the driver came for the whole week, im not supposed to go anywhere cos I’m waiting for my “delivery”

I need access to my daughter's account... I have been trying upload the statements for months now but I always get an error, I have complaint their complaints portal, no response... I called they advised that the stash department will call me in 10-20 min and that was an hour ago. I would like the funds to be transferred to my/daughters account and please close the Stash account

I need assistance, Finchoice debited my account days before the agreed debit order date for the mobimoney, I did not have funds so returned and the were bank charges. On the normal debit order date the decide not to debit and I decided to make a manual payment, now I can't access my available fund and the advised that it's because the debit order didn't go off and the app states that my account is in arrears but my account is up to date. Can i please have access to the funds?
