How not to feel they want your business
Shockingly bad service . Thought I would give them a last chance. Waiting for 3 days for them to get a authorisation to service . Every time - service adviser - sorry I am very busy now - will do as soon as I get time

Zero communication
How do zi give a zero rating? They harass you for having a outstanding debt and when you try and make a arrangement they just ignore all communication from your side and just keep on sending you threatening e- mails

Hisense
Bought a new fridge freezer via Game Festival Mall Kempton park. Within a week after delivery the freezer stopped working. Game says they are waiting for feedback from Hisense. Hisense says we are investigating- for about 3 weeks now.

What a useless bunch - quick to take your money but they do not stand by what they sell Brought a fridge/ freezer from them. About 5 days after delivery realized the freezer does not freeze. Contacted Game- was told to contact the manufacturer.( Hi- Sense) . Do receive a phone call every 2 days to tell me they are working on the problem and will get back to us in 24- 48 hours . The feedback is......we are working on the problem and will get back to you within 24- 48 hours
