I requested an early cancellation to my contract and the consultant I spoke said that it takes 3 to 7 days for the whole process to end. But now I received an email that tells me that my contract will end on the 30th March and that that's only when my number will be converted to prepaid. Why was this no communicated with me on call? Why must I be stuck on contract while I made full early cancellation payment? I am very unhappy with. I need my number back to prepaid and contract cancelled asap so that I can get another. Now I am being told I made an upgrade,when did I do that. A lot doesn't make sense! I WANT THAT CONTRACT CANCELLED AS PAYMENT WAS MADE IMMEDIATELY!
You actually deserve no star. I have multiple accounts under consumer friend. All accounts have been paid up but now consumer friend claims that they need a clearance certificate to update my balances to 0. I know a clearance certificate being used to remove the debt review red flag and not update balances . On top of debt review,their refusal to update balances continues to drag my score down.
I have a paid up retirement annuity I want to withdraw funds from. Unfortunately I am sick and can't visit the branch to make a withdrawal and urgently need the funds. I have been trying to call your centre but waited for more than an hour but still never got answered. I want to know if there's an alternative way to send the required documents without visiting a branch in order to receive my funds. I tried using WhatsApp self service but it won't work. Please assist.
I am a contract customer who cannot afford the increase in contract payments. Can I cancel my contract for that matter. The price increase is too much. Please help me cancel my contract. I will not be able to pay for it when the increase takes place.
I have paid all my accounts in full. Bit I have to struggle and beg for paid up letters. Capital data tells me ill receive it late December cause you apparently send payment files once every month. Why does everything have to be struggle with finchoice. Now I must have a debt review flag on my head for more months because I am left with paid up letters from you in order to get my clearance certificate. This is continuously having a negative impact on my life. I need those paid up letters. Why was I not informed that you take forever to send paid up letters. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. ALL OTHER CREDITORS PROCESSED PAYMENTS TIMELESSLY BUT I MUST RUN AFTER YOU FOR THEM. CAPITAL DATA IS NOT HELPING. YOUR LINES ARE ALWAYS BUSY. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH STRUGGLING TO GET HOLD OF YOUR CONTACT CENTRE.
I paid up my account a day ago and sent proof of payment. Requested that they update their records and send me my paid up letter. I received an email stating that the funds will be allocated at the end of the following month. How is that possible. I sacrifices most of my needs to pay off my accounts so I can get paid up letters and use them to get my clearance certificate. Why is it that I must wait till end of December to get my paid up letter for my identity account? I need that letter.
I am a finchoice client under debt review. I have been making calls to your debt review department,messages on Facebook, WhatsApp and sending emails for over a week. Each attempt has not been responded to. Your call centre consultant are always busy . I try call morning,noon and afternoon as per your working hours but receive no help. I am seeking settlement quotes for all the accounts I have with you. Please assist as matter of urgency. Your turnaround time states two days bit even an email I sent on the third has not been responded. Please assist by sending settlement quotes for all my accounts with you.
Debt busters deserves no star. It's been a long time struggling to have them transfer my file to my new counselor. Each time there's a new story and I really want to move to another debt review counselor. I have proof of the many emails they send denying me my right to a transfer.
I am unhappy with your service. I have been trying to transfer from you to another debt counselor but your giving me the run around. You keep declining my file transfer. Asked that my new counselor sends some documents,which she did but when I call you claim to have not received it even though she received an automated response to show it went through. Some of your consultants are telling me I'm forced to remain with your company . Is that even legal? I want my TRANSFER approved. I no longer want to be part of your company.
You actually deserve no star. I always pay my airtime advance by recharging but it's always added to my contract bill making my bill always high. I can now no longer afford my contract as paying twice for airtime advance is now out of my budget. Last month I recharged with airtime but R71 was added, apparently for advance. This month I must pay R1143 but it's just above R1200 and I know you'll claim airtime advance. How do I cancel this contract. What you are doing is day light *******. I paid my advance in full this but still the bill is too high. Not forgetting that you just increase prices without finding if we as customers can still afford them! You also add bill at the begging of the month,why is that?
