After submitting relevant details online, I was almost immediately contacted by the Weelee representative, Miguel Serrao, it was like talking to an old friend, he made me feel at ease and like a human being not just another client to hastily deal with . Alot of people can learn some people skills .Well done Weelee for employing great staff.
Worst customer service, paid for order i didn't pick up, after I wanted to cancell it because of 2 for 1 specials that was not as specified. Watched staff packing order back onto shelves and they couldn't assist cancelling the order to refund my money ,rude and their system obviously has some kind of error, how difficult is the concept of 2 for the price of one, there should be 2 of the same item ,not 1 at a ridiculous price.
Excellent service!! Had a quote within a day, specified everything I needed and what I had to move. Mariesa's friendly help and suffiency made me feel at ease and all the questioned I had was answered.. Their name really suits them because it was an eezi move with no worries what so ever. Their prices are very competable and the moving team was brilliant, every item was handled with care. If you want peace of mind when moving, they're definately the company to use... Really impressed, heard about them from ****orker and would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is planning on moving
Hidden gem!! From the moment I called to enquire about the spa packages available and ending up booking a 2 night stay, received excellent service. I received quotes the very next day, with options to choose my requirements. The bridal spa package was amazing and my daughter and her **** of honor had the most relaxing treatment, got rid of all the build up stress that goes with planning a wedding. The rooms where so comfortable and we were treated like royalty. Thank you to Melissa and Christa that helped with all the enquiries and bookings and a special thank you to Lynette that was there the whole time to check that we were happy and comfortable. If you need to relax and get away from the rushed city life, do yourself a favor and treat yourself at Ikhutsa. Awesome staff and excellent massage the******s.
I had an account with standard bank for almost 30 years and closed it due to their lack of customer service and high bank fees, even baught a new car once I changed banks. While I was still a client with them, I had opened a savings account for my daughter when she was still a minor, so obviously once she started working, I even went with her to change her savings account as a minor to a cheque account because she had a full time job and started earning a good salary, they even wanted to give her a credit card with a limit of R60 000, pre-approved because of her salary. Her whole dilemma started when she got a new phone and cell number. She went into standard bank, saying that her details has changed, she has a new device and new number and cannot even access her banking app, it still sends an otp to her old number. She has been to the Grove branch multiple times, made calls and this has still not been rectified, their monthly service fees are rediculous and there is absolutely no client service. I have told her to close her account because this is exactly why I closed my account. It's like they don't even care. Leratho at the Grove branch just said, there is nothing she can do when my daughter said she is going to close her account and go to another bank where she actually gets service. It seems like Standard bank just wants their fees, well they take it every month, but where is the customer service and how do you resolve this, they don't even have a customer care number and e-mails are just acknowledged by an automated system and never rep**** to. Please help in resolving this and taking action against this blase attitude, hope there are more people that will stand together against this outrageous abuse and miss use of their customers.
