I placed an order with Hydraulics on 30 November 2025, and today is 12 December 2025. Since placing the order, the status has remained “Order Placed” with no updates whatsoever. I have attempted to follow up via email multiple times, but I have received no response, which is extremely unprofessional. I need clear communication regarding why my order is delayed and when I can expect delivery. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution
It is now approaching a full month since I initiated my refund request, and I am no closer to a resolution. Earlier this week, I was told that the matter had been escalated for prioritisation yet nothing has happened. That promise has proven to be empty, and I remain without my refund. As small as the amount may be, this should have been a simple and straightforward issue to resolve. Instead, it has become a source of ongoing frustration and inconvenience. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of urgency, transparency, and accountability from Leroy Merlin employees throughout this process. Leroy Merlin markets itself as a reputable and customer-centric brand, but my experience reflects the opposite. This is not just about the money it’s about how customers are treated, and unfortunately, I feel disrespected and ignored.
On 1 July, I made an online purchase for paint and brushes from Leroy Merlin. The payment was successfully deducted from my bank account, but I never received a confirmation email for the order. Upon following up with Leroy Merlin, I was initially advised to check with my bank. My banker confirmed that the funds were successfully debited and received by Leroy Merlin. This was later acknowledged by a Leroy Merlin employee, who then requested that I submit proof of bank account details to facilitate the refund process, which I did without delay. Since then, I have been met with complete silence. It has now been over three weeks, and I have not received my refund, nor any acknowledgement, update, or apology. Despite several follow-ups from my side, Leroy Merlin has failed to provide any communication or resolution. I am extremely disappointed by this poor service from a brand that markets itself as reputable and customer-centric. It is not just about the money, it's about accountability, transparency, and respect for the customer. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will have no option but to escalate this matter further through the relevant consumer protection bodies.
I am beyond disappointed with the disgraceful service I received from Nike. I placed an order on 12 December 2024, which was confirmed to be delivered between 18-30 December 2024. Throughout this period, I followed up multiple times to ensure my order was on track. Despite raising concerns about not receiving a courier tracking number as per the normal process, I was repeatedly assured that all was well and my package would arrive on time by 30 December. Fast forward to the eve of the delivery date, I received a message informing me that my order could not be fulfilled due to inventory issues! This, after weeks of misleading reassurances. To add insult to injury, I was casually told, “No worries, I’ll process a refund.” No worries? Really? What Nike clearly fails to understand is the impact of this appalling service. These sneakers were meant for my daughters to wear on the 1st, and now, because of Nike's utter lack of professionalism, they will have nothing. As a father, I am devastated and infuriated at the carelessness displayed by such a global brand. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Rest assured, I will never purchase from Nike again. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I urge others to think twice before trusting Nike with their orders.
I am extremely unhappy with the service. I have been waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered on 20th. The last update was on the 16th of December 2023. Till now its quiet and there is no communication on why there is a delay. This is really poor service. I need my product delivered by this week.
