I have a laptop a D14 that I bought in September 2023, my warrantee was for 24 months only. The warrantee has expired in September 2025. The laptop stood still, it is not working anymore. I am very disappointed in the brand. How is it that a laptop can just stand still just after I've had it for 2 years.
I AM EXTREMELY UPSET, EXTREMELY UPSET WITH TELKOM. MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED ON 25TH NOVEMBER WITH AN AMOUNT OF R1220.08. THIS IS NOT EVEN MY DEBIT ORDER DATE. AND NO MY ACCOUNT WAS/IS NOT IN ARREARS FOR THEM TO HAVE STARTED TRACKING IT EARLY. MY DEBIT ORDER DATE IS THE LAST BUSINESS DAY OF THE MONTH. ON 28 NOVEMBER 2024 I RECEIVE AN SMS THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER! HANDED OVER FOR WHAT!!!!!!!!! THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT EVEN DUE, AS PER THE STATEMENTS, ACCOUNTS ARE ONLY DUE BY THE END OF THE MONTH BUT NOW IT'S HANDED ONVER. OH YES TODA (29 NOVEMBER 20254) MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED WITH AN AMOUNT OF R915.06 - WHAT IS THIS NOW, WHY IS IT LESS THAN THE AMOUNT ON THE STATEMENT (R1220.08). MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT
I cancelled an order because what I received did not match the contents of the box. The refund was processed on 9 October, it is supposed to take 3-5 business days to reflect in my bank account. It is now the 17th, the 6th business day. There is no trace of this refund in my bank account. There is no number to call, I've e-mailed the generic e-mail address and the reponse I received was "the refund was processed on 9 October". That's it. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND - WHO DID THEY REFUND?
I am utterly disappointed with the recent service from Telkom - I have requested to close a certain account since June/July. I was informed that the account is closed but it is still very much visible on my app and I can see I am being billed for it. Last month I was in a credit and I requested for this amount to be transferred to my "existing open account" which I sent proof of payment to the consultant- nothing was done, now this month I owe them again for an unpaid debit - a debit which did not even go off my account. I paid the one account that is on my profile and it was successfully paid. Why is the old account not being closed - what must I do in order to close this account once and for all. I cannot be paying R202 for a sim card every month. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish to utter my disappointment with the service I've received from Fashion World, Golden Acre, CBD. I went to exchange an item that was bought on 22 December 2023. I wanted to return the item on 27 December 2023. The item had it's original tag on and I had the slip. I was told that they do not exchange items if there was already another exchange done for another item on the same slip. Where is proof of this policy as I have checked your website, there is no mention of this. They refused to give my money back. I was told to take other items of the same value. At 1st they refused to help me at all but then opted for this choice. This is unacceptable.
