I've never been this frustrated Telkom sales agent called me last year, selling me a simcard that had 25gig for R85.00 I took it since Kgotso needs data for homework and assignments. December they charged me extra R700 after I specifically told the lady to cancel anything extra on it. This month they charged me R500 extra. I was on my phone calling them for atleast 2 hours mara I'm not winning. I decided to cancel it. Im defeated. Sales department and billing department have been giving me the run arounds. It looks like no department is taking any responsibility.
I took a contract phone, they stop deducting. I went in store to pay. They refused to pay what I could pay. They wanted R7000 which I couldn't pay. I started paying via EFT. They handed my account to Shapiro Schaik Dept Collectors, I payed for over a year. This year August They changed to DMC depth Collector, now they expect me to start paying from scratch.
I have never been so frustrated. My car has been at Renault for a week and a half and nothing has been done yet. Possibly a manufacturer defects but I keep getting excuses. I need my car.
I took my 5 months Renault Kiger to Renault polokwane with widows that are not working and a car that is loosing power. To check and diagnose the car they want money. R1600 and the found out that it had wiring problems. To strip the car they want R3600. The money exclude fixing the problems and for a car that is under warranty. Renault Polokwane is de*****ing people. Warranty with Polokwane is just a myth.
I have Renault Kiger that is 5 months old. The windows and lights are not working and it's loosing power. I took the car back to renault polokwane today. Natalie the lady on the help desk told me that if I spilled any liquid in the car, it won't be covered by warranty. They checked the car. They found out that it was electrical faults. Now she say if it's mice/rats that ate the cables it won't be covered. The question is that are they looking for excuses not to cover the car. It's only been 5 months and I'm not happy with the car. It is only 5400km hasn't been in for service yet and I'm already complaining. The annoying part is that Natalie is not even touching the fact that I reported sound from the from tyres and loosing power as well.
