Bad customer service. They ignore you even when you show them proof that you have the right coordinates. Please don't be fooled by these people. Whether you have the right coordinates or even send proof of the right coordinates and an order confirmation number, please stay away.
Please don't leave your money in your account because when they update their website, they take your money that has already been there. After winning, withdraw immediately, and if you deposit money, spend it all before they update their website and "Take" it from you.
Starting 25 November 2025, after a website update, I tried to change my password but faced serious issues: OTP delays that made it impossible to proceed, and a critical error ('sequence contains no elements') when saving my new password. Two agents gave misleading advice: one suggested re-registering, and another promised a refund after resubmitting documents, which were approved. I am still waiting for the refund, having called again on December 5, 2025.

However, when I entered my phone number and email address to receive an OTP, there was a delay, and I only received it after the time expired. I had to resend the OTP, and again, I received it just after it expired.

Do not deposit your money; it is a ****. I just deposited R50 to pay for my ticket, and it did not reflect. Please be aware; I will never deposit again.
I was informed that my parcel is in Limpopo, even though I provided the correct address in Gauteng. I asked them, "How is my parcel in Limpopo when I gave you the address in Centurion, Gauteng?" The lady started laughing, as if we were in a comedy show. It took them three months to deliver it, even though I was supposed to receive it in January 2023. I never want my parcels to be delivered by FASTWAY again!!😡😡
The website and their social media platforms are not functioning, and there has been no communication from them.
Please don't take your phone here for repairs. These people don't know how to fix devices at all. If you take your phone to Smartfix it will come back destroyed, on top of that, you won't get a refund after they are done destroying. They damaged my phone's components when I asked them to replace my cracked screen with a new one. I bought my Samsung a month ago and now it does not work thanks to Smart fix at Mall@Reds
