I purchased a product from them at the Eid Fest at Galager Estates. My wife and I ate now yrying for 4 weeks to get the E-book. The staff member who managers this is so *********** and gives me an excuse every day. Do not ytst this company at all as theeie after sales service is non existence.
I went through the highly complex online purchase. They made me choose 8 free items. Once i confirmed it, they push you to purchase something and in my case to the value of greater that R450. I did that. After waiting weeks, i only got my purchased items which are off such poor quality. Nothing about my free gifts. This is the biggest ****. Will never touch this app again.
Your service on a burst pipe is atrocious. It is now 2 days and you still sending a plumber out. 2 days without water. Simply poor service. Stop bragging and focussing on your rewards programs. Give your client service a priority.
It is simply ********* what this company is doing. They phoned you on a sales call and you decline the offer. The next month, a debit order goes through. I have been struggling for 1 months to get my money back. Spoken to Nirenjari, Avaashna etc and they keep on advising that they will give me a transcript. They do absolutely nothing. Don't deal with this company. They are ****mers.
I purchased shares in this scheme with Nedbank back in 2016. I have not received a blue cent in dividends in 9 years. Now the scheme is being wounded up and when I query, they advise they have no record of my investment. Do I ever trust banks again.

You launch an initiative called "Collect the model cars". Customers have been duped filling petrol and you have failed in delivering these cars. What a poor service. You have done your brand such damage.
BP launched a marketing promotion of "Collect the 6 model cars" when you fill up petrol. What a disaster and this has done more damage to the brand. They simply cannot fulfill what they advertise. It is now 4 weeks and they simply do not have stock. The promo ends in the first week of August. We were simply duped. Get your act together.
It is simply pathetic to deal with this company. They sold me a DSTV decoder 2 years ago. The installation was so poor that after 2 years, the issue hasn't been resolved. Now they have the odessity to still run the monthly debit order after I have fully paid it off. Simply shocking.
The service of this organization is simply atrocious. From the Call Centre to the email address. They just do not respond. Highly frustrated.
