Capitec is a very ****ty bank that doesn't take its customer's serious. My account got blocked on the 19th of Feb following a deposit that u received into my bank account, I then provided all the needed documents but upto date there hasn't been any update or removed the stop. Instead they keep on telling me to resend the emails of affidavits and the telegram conversations and I did countless time. But I am not getting any help I wouldnt recommend this bank even to my worst enemy. Imagine being bankless because of a stupid transaction of telegram people who become bitter when you dont wanna continue with their investments
Hollywoodbets has the worst customer service ever and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's been 4 days my account is blocked and when I contact them they say it is on audit so no feedback they can give me. I call them everyday several times a day to enquire. I send emails, but that doesn't even move them. What can I do to speed up the process? Because this lengthy ****ty process is draining me and frustrating me. If this is how you treat your customers then everyone shouldn't really trust you. I mean I sent proof of where I bought the vouchers I loaded. I sent everything that y'all required but you still made me wait. When I ask how long does that audit is subjected to last no one can answer me. I need access to my damn account. I need access to my ****en money. It's my money that's stuck in there for crying out loud.

Capitec is the worst shifty bank to be with.My account has been deactivated because it was reported by someone who deposited money in it. Why didn't they just say I must refund the person because I honestly dont get why the person reported my account because I was expecting that deposit. Now the ***** department has deactivated my account entirely. How will I access my savings? My salary money thats in it? This is ****en the worst bank ever and they just dont care
This is the worst account to ever open. So I recently opened a new account and went to order a new physical card but my account got blocked as soon as I received the card. And I haven't been able to activate the card. When I try to reach the support I literally have to beg for their response, telling me that my account is with their compliance team. When I ask why and what happened they cant even give me a brief explanation. This has caused nothing but frustrations as I haven't transacted on the account. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It means our money isn't safe with this bank. If the new account can be blocked without any communication, then I highly wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone..
Access bank is the worst bank to ever bank with and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. So I recently opened a new lula business account, supp**** all the relevant documents. My account was successfully opened. Then I proceeded to order my physical card. When the card arrived I tried logging in to activate my card to my sunrise my account couldn't log in and I immediately contacted support. Which told me that my account is with the compliance team. How is my account blocked without even using it? Their communication? Lol it's a zero because I have to literally beg for an update by sending countless emails to their support. I regret ever opening this business account because it seems like I've brought myself new stress. 👎👎👎👎 To this bank!! Its the worst!!
My account got suspended 48 hours ago after a declined withdrawal. I tried contacting support and they said I must send my documents for verification which I did and they kept on telling me about my selfie not being clear and upside down, but eventually I got it right my documents were accepted. Now they are taking forever to reinstate my access to my account. No update. Nothing. This is causing a frustration and inconvenience to me. I need access back to my account and I want my money.
So I've had a hold on my Capitec main account because they say my account is suspected of ***** due to a deposit I didn't even see in my account since the 28th of April till date they have been sending emails countless times about reaching out to me but there's no call that's coming from them. If they can't remove the hold on my account they should just say so then I may find a better bank to bank with.
Capitec bank is a very ****ty bank. I honestly cannot believe they inconvenience me like this towards month end. They've put a hold on my account when I make a follow up on their WhatsApp to find out what is going on they are telling me about two deposits which I received today. Quiet frankly I only received one deposit of which I was expecting. So they better remove that hold on my account if they wanna continue having me banking with them
This is the worst bank ever!! I'm back again with a paused savings account since February yet capitec said they re opened my account but the acc is not showing on my app up to date. I honestly don't get why I'm still with this bank while they never resolve our issues instantly
