My son requested for the internet line to be transferred only at the end of September this is now the second time this month that we struggle with them the disconnect the line on the first then again on the 18th. Of this month we are struggling for now going in for the second day for this line to be connected sgain the disconnected the line completely. Are the people *********** to do their jobs there or what the hell is going on there. The first time is was they changed the IP address they found that out two days later that was the beginning of the month … what the hell is the problem now but you must sit on the line for hours and they still expect their full money payment for the service. People work from home they need the internet now you sit with this mess that they cant sort out quick rnough dont thry know how to do their jobs. Fire the whole lot of them they are useless.
Residential area Oostersee Parow Esperance Street , this road needs urgent re-tarring full of potholes. I have reported the potholes but still nothing happened to fix the problem.
I have written before regarding the same matter. I am waiting for money to be refunded to me from my savings from Bonitas. I have change my options to a lower option and money needs to be refunded I did that in December 2024. They informed me that you have to wait 4-5 months for the money to be refunded. It is now nearly more than a 1/2 year for that money to be refunded to me. I have send several mails they informed me the first time it is for final vetting, how long does it take for final vetting? No one can tell me when will I get my money refunded to me. Does Bonitas think they treat their members well if they owe you money you have to wait forever for that to happen. I need answers? I want that money to be refunded urgently I feel they had more than enough time to get their house in order.
I am a Bonitas member and I changed my options from Bon Classic to Standard Plus option the Bonn Classic option has a savings option and I have money in my savings that Bonitas need to pay me back, I send a mail asking when will I get the money back in my savings. I have changed the option as I am a pensioner and they increased the medical aid with 10.7 percent and the premium is too high for me to pay. The money in the savings they informed me I will only get paid in 4-5 months time. I feel really I must wait nearly a half a year to get my money back. I just feel this is unacceptable it is my money. It is now 2 months that I am waiting and I really need the money.
I have this problem with Absa … my swimming pool there is no suction for my pool cleaner to work first they said they don’t cover pipes my problem is the skimmer box . The pool specialist confirmed that it is not pipes but the skimmer box . A new skimmer box need to be installed the water is also dropping same level as skimmer box.. Now they don't cover the skimmer box either - what does Absa now really cover? What do we pay for monthly? First they don't cover pipes now they also don't cover the skimmer box main function of the pool no suction for pool cleaner to work. Every time another excuse from Absa. This is unacceptable to me do they even now what the function of a skimmer box is.? I must struggle to keep the pool clean manually as there is no suction for the pool cleaner to work and the water level is dropping same level as skimmer box.
The online UIF submission for payment continuations what is going on ? I am struggling to submit my payment continuation on line - message that cones up unable to fetch my info comes up the whole day. Really this is unacceptable now you must go and stand in a long queue from early morning to get your name on a list for payment . Please they must sort out their system.
I reported an incident on the 28 th November 2023 a claim number was registered … I was laying in bed at night and I heard water dripping it was also load shedding that night I got up got a light to be able to see what is dripping I entered the bathroom the floor was under water I checked and see there is water running from the toilets water tank. I reported this the next day to Absa the plumber came out he took photos and that same day he send it through to Absa. I phoned a couple of times to find out what is going on with my claim but no feedback then at the end I reported this to the complaints department that said they will look into the matter and the mail stated 2 to 3 days at the most they will come back to me. When you send a reply any feedback the same message comes back. From the 28 of November 2023 till the 8th of February 2024 today no one came back to me. They should fire all those people in the claims department as they are not doing there jobs they think this is a joke. I am 65 years old and I had enough of Absa when you need help they keep you in the dark. I will be cancelling all my cards and everything I have with Absa. Who the hell do they think they are to expect people to be happy with their service. Another case in December 2022 I had a water pipe burst in front of my garage the plumber came out and fixed it but they refuse to fix the cement that they chopped up as there were other cracks and they want to pay me a little money to fix it myself I tell you a 65 year old woman must fix the cement that they chopped up to fix the leak. Up till today not fixed. I have no words to describe what I think of Absa. There is a lady that tbey should actually fire in that department the way she speak to clients. Absa.
UIF online submissions for payment continuation. I submitted my UIF payment continuation the 1st of December no payment received up to the 8 th of February . It was laying in donones mail box from 1 Dec an no one attended to it I had to go the the UIF offices again to write my info id etc on a list to be able get payment I received an sms will be paid in the next 7 days. So now I am waiting … My point is what is the purpose for the online to do payment continuation but to be able to get payment you still have to go and stand in the queu as that is more reliable. To have to wait six weeks then you must still wait another 7 days for payment if not longer. Again People not doing their jobs that they get paid to do since 1 December they don't give a dawn about people not having money over December month. I have phone the call centre it is laying with the person that must approve it.
