I am extremely disappointed. I have used them for many years. I purchased an Xbox voucher with ebucks and they credit the ebucks but don't process the voucher or order online at all. They just stopped it. It first went from the app to an its website to process the ebucks payment. However on that page after crediting my ebucks it doesn't move to the next screen just takes my ebucks. It did not say the order is complete in fact it still leaves it in my cart whcih means the order isn't complete. I checked the order history and to my surprise it's not there. No confirmation email nothing. All I want is just a refund I won't ever buy vouchers here at all
I recently referred a friend to metrofibre and by their earn and reward I was supposed to have a R400 credit. Me and my friend who i referred have not received this. When I emailed the finance team they closed my request, they have just ignored. I wouldn't recommend joining to recommend them, they do not honour's terms that they have placed in their contracts.
I went to branch at mall of africa to try and fix my pockets. I am unable to open pockets. I am tired of going to the branch every other month because of a problem.
