Like honestly is there something wrong with the staff that is in charge of exchanging an item. I needed a SMALL SIZE in an hoodie and 3 times they’ve sent me a Medium. It’s ridiculous how a simple thing of a size cannot be done properly. I don’t even want to chance an exchange again because I keep receiving the incorrect size. Please make sure to hire people who can read and understand common sense. For someone who works in the exact same field it’s the height of stupidity to get this wrong. I really feel sorry for the delivery person more than anything else. AGAIN SIMPLE ENGLISH SMALL SIZE!!!!!!!! NOT MEDIUM- I would love to teach them how to do this job properly, it’s pathetic and extremely frustrating to deal with this. Honestly I wouldn’t even give a star if it was possible
This brand doesn't live up to their name, on the 13th of September placed a preorder for the iPhone 16 pro max and only to find out after lots of chasing to their customer service (live chat, calling the customer service and via what's app) that delivery is only expected in October. Don't create a hype around Pre orders and then send stock to the stores in SA for customers to buy it via cash or contract but anyone who placed it online will wait a minimum of 3 weeks. Please learn and know that online orders should be treated as priority to be shipped and delivered. (ESPECIALLY PRE ORDERS!!!!!!!!!!) It's pathetic that no one can assist with any update on the order but some stores in SA are receiving stock for the 16 pro versions. Where is your express delivery service that's advertised, as a brand why set up for Pre orders when you're not able to fulfill it. Apparently you work on first come first serve rule, so why must online customers wait for their orders. Did you not plan to push out preorders first before sending stock to stores for walk-in customers??????? Please get your priorities straight as a retail business and for online shoppers. Kindly don't take this review lightly because there is more to come that will go viral in SA. I'm ready to create havoc with this Apple SA and istoreSA. I expect my order to be delivered ASAP!!!
The worst service ever, they eta for a battery is 6-9 weeks. There is no updates as to when your order has arrived or will be shipped. Honestly if you're buying an Asus laptop, good luck in getting decent customer service.
I received a call this morning from a customer service agent to confirm my cancellation as I'm cancelling before my 1 year agreement which is due to me moving premises. Because I app**** for cancellation on the 2nd of January and not the first being new year's day I have to pay a full premium for the month of February and I'm not even going to use this service. I understand the cancellation fee and have no issues with that but seriously I was very impressed with your service from the time I signed up until now. The technical point I was told that they need 1 calendar month notice period for it but my bad for being a day late and not doing this on a public holiday especially new year's day. I'm happy to pay if the router was still going to in use but I have to unplug it and send it back to them. I would suggest making an exception especially to happy loyal customers, I was always recommending people to take up Vox being that there application service was quick and easy.
