How do you pay 2 contracts a month with some silly amount of data only to not receive the data or connectivity? I want to cancel these contracts and migrate to another provider who will actually show an interest in my issues and resolve them without a fight. Cell C is daylight ******* and will take your money whether it is right or not. How does one survive if this is how you get ********** every single day. FNB are not resolving my incorrect transaction issue where money was taken from my account at midnight at a garage on the 27th of June and they keep telling me it was a transaction made on 04 July 2024 and that the provider only banked it the day before the 27th. No such transaction was made from my account on 4 July 2024 and after paying a visit to the provider, they confirmed they do not leave transactions for banking for that amount of time - exactly 21 days? After numerous secure chats, emails with proof of transaction history on my account, FNB insist on not returning my money. Unfortunately I had high views of FNB and their banking etiquette, but at this point I have nothing but disappointment at the mere fact that they will let someone get away with taking my money. Even after requesting a manager or supervisor to contact me to resolve this, and asking them to contact the owner of the garage, nothing has been done because they "believe" that I am wrong, but the proof is in the pudding and I want my money back. That's it!
Tried to report ***** by Rayner Finance & Loan Services who are registered with RCS. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. This company stole my money and are still operating even after several complaints by others on Hello Peter. I want my money back and I want RCS to investigate and ensure that this company is taken out of business with immediate effect.

I was de*****ed by a financial company called Rayner Finance Group and I have been trying to get some answers from the FAIS Ombud since last year. Not one person has bothered to contact me on my case and Rayner Finance are still operating as a registered provider through RCS and NCR. Is this institution not in business to assist consumers against these kinds of acts from providers? I am disappointed, disheartened and upset. I have emailed all over and over again asking for assistance. The CPA also didn't seem to want to assist. Nobody seems to care that you lose your hard-earned money to these *****sters and keep them in business whilst de*****ing others on a daily basis. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!
