A business ran like a ****za shop. Displayed pure unprofessionalism since first encounter. I have requested a refund around end of November 2025, if you can see this it means I haven't been paid. How can organisation possibly have backlog of 4 months payments.
They are what you think they are, don't do business with them. Pity this system doesn't have negative ratings...
I've lodged a complaint with The National Consumer Commission and National Credit Regulator about the conduct of this people.
Pity there's no negative rating on this app. Please avoid using Cell C for peace of mind. I've always struggled using Cell C, their call centre is not helpful at all. I ran away when they refused to refund my data. I was a loyal customer, since 2012/13 but no more.
I first checked coverage around my neighbourhood and found out indeed there is coverage, I then made an online order and made a payment to schedule installation. Mind you I called first before doing all of these and I was promised same day service since it was in the early hours but it was "installed" a day after, no biggie. On the installation day I received a call informing me that there's no infrastructure to carry out the installation, I was disappointed because Net Nine Nine sales reps have been roaming around my neighbourhood selling their products for some time now, since 2022 or before, I think. I requested for a refund, nothing happened, a week later I called again. They wanted proof of payment and I provided proof, mind you I did provide proof of payment before installation. A week later I called again, same process then nothing happened, a week later I called again, same process again then nothing happened. As of date, 5 weeks have passed and still nothing from Net Nine Nine. I wrote emails and called without anything tangible from this company.
