Checkers springs mall selling old cakes
This happens for the 3rd time...im a regular customer at checkers springs mall. I like buying their small ferrero cake. Yesterday i went to get myself a cake as usually...when I cut the cake at home..the cake was not moist and soft...it was stiff you would swear im cutting something else not a cake. They just put a fresh cream to cover the cake. Im so disappointed because this happens for the 3rd time buy at the same place. I feel like what they are doing to us as customers its not fair and they are even aware of that because the person who sold me the cake she moved the cakes confront and went to chose the cake at the back. I think they know that the cakes at the back are the old one.

Pie city cashier selling me a pie with no chicken inside when I try to call they drop my calls
I am very disappointed with pie city Ekhaya shopping center Langaville. I normally go there and get myself a pie since i love it. Today when going to work i pass by as usual to get my favorite chicken and mayo and a cold drink. When i arrive at work just after one bite on my pie i just realize that the pie has no chicken inside,its just folded😣. Luckily I didnt throw away the recipe. When i check the recipe it is written that i bought a steak and kidney pie but i asked the cashier for a chicken mayo. I went to search for their numbers on the net and when I call trying to complain about my purchase they drop my calls. Im so disappointed and it is so unfair

Lawyers claiming money from an account that was settled
I have a truworths account and it was in errears. In April 2024 i got a call that my account was handed over to RL Darly i called them and arrange a payment. I paid the account and settlement letter was sent to me. I asked Darly to close the account but they didnt. Now i am getting messagaes from Nimble lawyers saying that i owe them money and that Darly has handed over my account to them. How can you hand over an account that was paid up and settlement letter was sent. Can you please close my Truworths account, I dont owe it anymore.

claiming money from me even when the account is settled
Mm y truworths account was under Darly credit corporation,I paid up my truworths account in April 2024 and they sent me a settlement letter that i dont owe truworths anymore. Today i recieve a message from Nimble saying that i owe them 87 rands which i dont know off and they state that now my account has been handled over to Nimble by Darly. Can you please tell me whats happening here because ive settled the account

Refuse to send paid up letter
My Identity account was handed over to Daly credit corporation because i was unabale to pay by that time. They kept on calling me until i was financial stable then i arranged payments with them so i can settle my accounts. My last payment was on the 29th of February, I called them after debiting the last amount that was Due and they confirmed that it is paid up and. Should wait for 6 weeks they will send a paid up letter. 6 weeks has passed I've never heard from them, I called them so many times requesting my Identity paid up letter they are telling me many stories that they have badlock,that the account is pending for close since from 1st of march until this day. The other day i called them they told me that they will send but they never did. When calling them their consultant will tell you different stories every now and then. I want the paid up letter because i want to use it and i don't know why they refuse to give it to me because I have settled the account, I don't owe them anymore.
