Bad services, unhappy client. 😡😡
How I wish I could have went through the reviews before making a purchase, you could see just by the company not responding to reviews that they just don’t care about their clients. It’s been two weeks, still waiting for my sneakers - no communication whatsoever.. Highly disappointed0 replies

I’d like to put a two cent of my advice, please just make yourself a favor and never purchase online from this store - you’ll never get your parcel delivered. These people are ******, I bought online takkies it’s two weeks now and I’m still fighting for my parcel to be delivered - they keep telling me that they have escalated the matter and there’s no feedback.0 replies

A VERY BAD COURIER COMPANY 😡😡😡!!
I was informed that my parcel will be delivered within 2-5 working days. I’m still waiting - when you call their offices, no one picks up. It’s been 6 working days and I’m still waiting for my delivery.. They should actually remove that Fastway name and rename the company coz wow the level of incompetency is out of this world.. I’M DISGUSTED 🤮 🤢0 replies

BEYOND DISSATISFIED & FRUSTRATED!!
I’ve requested for a fridge repair as it was no longer freezing. The fridge was repaired and I was quoted R4000 for the repair. A day later the water started coming out underneath the freezer, I’ve called them hoping that they’ll come fix it with no additional cost only to be told that we need to pay an extra R2000 for the water problem to be fixed. I’m certainly not happy with this, this is beyond disappointing.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services.0 replies
