How I wish I could have went through the reviews before making a purchase, you could see just by the company not responding to reviews that they just don’t care about their clients. It’s been two weeks, still waiting for my sneakers - no communication whatsoever.. Highly disappointed
I’d like to put a two cent of my advice, please just make yourself a favor and never purchase online from this store - you’ll never get your parcel delivered. These people are ******, I bought online takkies it’s two weeks now and I’m still fighting for my parcel to be delivered - they keep telling me that they have escalated the matter and there’s no feedback.
I'm so disgusted by the service of this company, I've received an sms confirming my delivery date "27/03/2025", later on the day I received an sms stating that my order is being delayed. I've called the company and only to be informed that I'll only receive my parcel by 01/04/2025. I bought things I really NEED to use prior to that delivery date - I even suggested that I collect the delivery myself, unfortunately I can't...
I was informed that my parcel will be delivered within 2-5 working days. I’m still waiting - when you call their offices, no one picks up. It’s been 6 working days and I’m still waiting for my delivery.. They should actually remove that Fastway name and rename the company coz wow the level of incompetency is out of this world.. I’M DISGUSTED 🤮 🤢
How I wish I could have went through their reviews before making a purchase. I bought a dress on 25/11/2024 and received a notification that my parcel will be delivered on 27/11/2024. It’s the 28th today and I’m still waiting for the delivery, when I call their courier there’s no answer - I’ve been holding for 45 minutes only for them to drop the call while holding. I doubt I’ll even be refunded
I’ve requested for a fridge repair as it was no longer freezing. The fridge was repaired and I was quoted R4000 for the repair. A day later the water started coming out underneath the freezer, I’ve called them hoping that they’ll come fix it with no additional cost only to be told that we need to pay an extra R2000 for the water problem to be fixed. I’m certainly not happy with this, this is beyond disappointing.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use their services.
DISAPPOINTED!! I just made an online purchase using gal x boy website for R950 inclusive of shipping costs. Surprisingly R1022 came out of my bank account for the purchase, when I called the store I was told that I was ****med the purchase was never from the store. The company is aware of this and doing nothing to warn people or do something.. I could imagine if I had more money in my bank😡😡
I made an online purchase for two of the Lifela books on Sunday(21st January 2024), I was then sent an invoice with banking details to make a payment. Payment was made yesterday and I thought I should call them today to make a follow up only for my call to be picked up and dropped after the guy heard what I was calling about. THIS IS A **** STORE, PLEASE BE WARNED !!!
