Good morning,I would like to firstly acknowledge the perfect style that Markham has always provided me with and always being in line with the latest trends but today I write this message with a sore heart only because of the loafers I bought from your store last year July I wore them at a prize giving event I was invited to and the best time was when I wore them at my wedding and also noting I always wear them with secret socks but today I wake up to an open sole in front as well as the back as if they were bought at some Chinese store (for temporary use) as a bread winner at home I started buying clothes at Markham for my younger siblings but I have decided i will honestly stop also not allowing friends to go through this amberrasment....I kindly request you rectify this and please let me know what can be done to fix this they were bought at Markham Rustenburg mall in July last year.
A useless financial institution I must say,their website does not even give you the option insert your login details and worst of all when you call the call center you are informed to go to the branch once you get there everyone is telling you about a Gridion system which they have not been trained on then they tell you they can't help and for one to go home...This is honestly poor customer service if a customer cannot even activate a card because of non trained and *********** staff..with my painful experience once this card is activated I vow to bow down and pray for this companies downfall with all this pain it has caused my family
No joy at all with their business account instead it will drain all your patience because you have to wait for so long for it to be delivered then when you eventually receive it they have complicated instructions on how to activate it with no luck when you try calling them they tell you to go to the branch...why did i not just go to the branch for my card if therlir activating instructions don't work.....I really don't recommend anyone using this service it will frustrate you.
I would like to extend my compliments to McDonald's Rustenburg in town,I always buy lunch for my colleagues on Saturdays and they always go out of their way to make sure my bulk order is accurate and on time and the service I get comes with a big big smile I wish I could give each and everyone of the staff their a present to say thank you but I can't instead j will forever be praising them tk everyone.
Worst service ever in your Rustenburg CBD branch,honestly nobody knows anything and for the first time ever I found myself in a bank for 3 full hours because people cannot trace where funds deposited into an account went to...what a shame to a bank that has sustained our fathers and elders who are in the mining sector
My wife has experienced the worst service from Sanlam with just requesting a proof of payment from the Trust but since December she keeps getting the same response that the issue is being escalated,at the moment we have a child in the house who has not gone to school yet because daycare fees cannot be released by the bank unless they recieve proof of payment...How cruel can a company be to children who their fathers have left means in order to be better individuals in society and honestly this has really painted a bad picture for me of the company and I do not recommend any individual to commit themselves to them
