Sedgefield Clicks still have their scanners attached face up on each till. After I wrote in over a month ago to advise of the danger of this as I was zapped in the eye with the laser. Nobody seems to care. Am trying to forewarn you that you are setting yourself up to be sued, and to possibly blind a customer.
Shell Garage Sedgefield I always seem to have Reggie assist me when I am at this garage. He is always so friendly and helpful and I always feel happy and taken care of when I leave. I feel he deserves to be acknowledged for his kindness, smile and great customer service.
Bought data on App - and it never came through to my phone. I went into an MN store and they were able to load a new batch for me, which I paid for again. There was no History section on the new App for us to find the one I had just bought the day before. I require to be reimbursed for this.
I have been waiting for help with an issue on my credit card, and have received a callback which was cut off, and then no reply since then. I have been charged interest on an account that was up to date and in fact over-paid in amount owed.
I stored my items with South Storage for 4 years. Their service was great, my things were always safe. And Anita was just lovely. Always helpful, kind and accommodating. She made i a pleasure to stop in at the office. My experience there was really terrific.
I received such great service from Nick who helped to arrange my move from Joburg to Elandskraal. He was always available to get back to me when I was feeling stressed about this big move. And was always pleasant and kind and helpful. Aaron (the long haul driver) and his team who did the move were just amazing. Such professional service and again kindness, going above and beyond to help me out with little things and also to res my mind knowing they were so competent and professional. I would really recommend them highly.

I always receive the best service from Xneelo. If any of my websites are having issues and I need tech support they are always so quick to respond and very helpful. Xneelo staff are great. Every tech support person who has assisted me over the past few years has been wonderful, and goes above and beyond simple 'client service'.
I received a mail to send docs for FICA. Even though I have been a customer for 20 years, suddenly you need to prove this is really me. Ridiculous in itself. The mail said to do this in the app. The app has no such functionality as was described in the email. I then went into a branch. The gentleman was helpful and old me I could simply mail the docs to the address given. And it would be done in 48 hours. This was done on 6 May. I only received a reply on 24 May (NOT 48 hours) to say one of the docs had an issue. I rep**** with a new doc, on 24 May, the same day. There was still an issues with this doc, I received a reply on 25 May. Which I rep**** to then on the same day - 25 May. Then on 28 May I received a mail to say : Please take note that we are unable to assist with your request as it outside FIC Centre’s mandate The profile has an account with dormant status and needs to be re-activated. Kindly be advised that, the function is done by a consultant, it requires authorization and signature to be finalized. Today when I tried to use my card I could not. If I had been helped properly when I went into the branch instead of being told the email would help me within 24 hours this would have been sorted then already. Or if the app had worked as it should have. I feel I have just been given the run around and now the account is closed. I have been a client for 20 years, and feel that after all the money I have spent on my accounts over the years I deserve better service than this.
Spar Bedfordview We were helped by Natasha from the butchery, and she gave the best service ever. She arranged to make us the patties we had come to buy (which were not in stock). These patties are so delicious and we so appreciated her kindness and willingness to help us. Natasha really went the extra mile!
