I am utterly appalled by the service I received from Nissan Group 1 Kuilsriver. Three weeks ago, I made a written offer for an NP200, including a canopy. Despite my persistent follow-ups, it took the dealership three weeks to send me an offer with the correct details. After all this time and effort, I receive a WhatsApp message from the dealer principal informing me that the vehicle I was interested in is now sold. They then have the audacity to offer me another vehicle but demand I pay extra for the canopy, which was originally included in my accepted quote. This is not just poor service; it is an ************ and dishonest way of conducting business. Reneging on an agreed-upon quote is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Nissan Group 1 Kuilsriver. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. ---

Disgusting service My old decoders where giving hassles and need to be replaced. Primary decoder and secondary decoders, after going through to DSTV office trying to sort everything out I signed up for two new decoder’s. First decoder was delivered by installer but could not carry out the work and left with the decoder, second decoder was delivered by on the dot still waiting for first decoder to be return to carry out second decoder installation? I have now requested a cancellation due to non performance on DSTV side. I have been with DSTV from the start, not once has DSTV contacted me to find out why after all the years I am canceling. I have called the call center on six occasions to cancel. I hope they cancel on the 28/12/2021 as promised and come and fetch there property. Good residence to DSTV hellos Netflix.

Don't ever buy a vehicle from Motorport table view, purchased a second hand Amarock 48000 on the clock with remainder of warranty in place, constant complaint about issues ,Motorport had to recall the vehicle due to factory fault issues on the fuel line and air vents <br> I reported my clutch slipping and a loose fan belt Motorport replaced the clutch and requested I replace a pulley on my next service Motorport would order a new pulley in the interim I returned the vehicle twice complaining about the clutch only to be sent away with a explanation oil was the cause of the smell on the clutch, when returning for my 90000 service I was told the vehicle is out of warranty the cost will be R20000.00 to repair. Motorport pushed the repairs out until the warranty expired bad business practise I had to get my vehicle towed after two weeks in their workshop, being shoved from pillar to post .<br> Eventually I had to take it to a expert clutch mechanic who charged R13000.00 the pulley is still a problem.<br> The first replaced clutch by Motorport last eleven months.
I approached autopage for a contract on Monday 2/03/2015 Ryan accisted me and was very helpful at the start I sent all the required documentation the same day. I tried contacting autopage 13X Wednesday morning, phone just rang, eventually Ryan called back and explained why they don't answer phones is because they are bussy( fault number 1 ) are you running a business or a play group, after explaining to Ryan I want to change my phone we were cut off line due to signal Ryan did not bother calling back eventually I got hold of him to my astonishment he explained he did not call me back as he was busy.<br> I personally went into autopage today and waited patiently for Ryan appxox 30 minut when I approached him I explained when speaking to a customer he must Finnish or call back that individual before he continues with another task, Ryan told me he will not be bullied and I should take my business elsewhere ,and he hates working for autopage.<br> Firstly Ryan I do not appreciate your rude remarks and secondly your politics with your company is non of my business, I asked to see the manageress Ryan explained himself to her, he will take nobody's SHIT.<br> The manageress asked Ryan to calm down....

I reported to MTN call centre my area has poor reception on the 23/01/2015 I was given a reference number 0072830 and told it would take 92 working hours for a response well 224 working hours later I have had no response, I called the call centre today and explained to the gentleman on the phone that I think their service is rubbish, the gentleman responded that I should not speak to him in that manner and he would not deal with me any further.<br> If this person working for the call centre has a chip on his shoulder he should not be working for a call centre dealing with customer service.<br> I questioned the operator if I insulted him in any way? He proceeded to put the phone down on me, I called back requesting the manager and was to told he was on a course. I then requested to speak to the managers director and was told that position is vacant at this stage.<br> Am I supposed to have a cell phone contract for 2 years with no reception, no feed back to my complaint?<br> I ported my number from Vodacom, the worst decision I ever made.<br> MTN is rubbish and the same goes for their call centre.<br> I am sure my call was recorded 9:50 am and would like a favorable and timeous response pls
