My husbands Finchoice account was first handled my Norton Lambrianos Att. Since November 2025 we are requesting for a detail statement of account from 2024 when the account was handed over. Two weeks ago we received messages that Strauss Daly Attorneys are no dealing with this matter. My husband send them a detail request that he want proof that they are now dealing with his account and that he want a detail statement of account from 2024 for some of our payments are not reflecting for what they have outstanding and per our recon there is a difference. No statement but sms'e of what they want us to pay and even a settlement letter. When we phone the most rude person answer the phone. Why do collection agency's tread you like ........ but if we as client as for info there is a delaying tactic. So they go do what ever they want and if you are firm back with them it is an issue. We must keep making payment with no sense of urgency of compliance to the clients request. Think all these agency must first get a course on how to be human. Please I dont need the automated reply

In my life I will never use Lend plus or even recommend Lend plus to any one. The don't make notes and they don't want to take new payment arrangements. According to them it is a payday loan and they don't care what happen that you can't pay. Will receive up to 14 calls a day and even after 9 in the evening They are the worst
First of all when you phone it take them 1min to say hello after the call was picked up and the noise level at the back is so back that you can hardly hear what the person says and when you ask them to reduce the noise level the phone call gets ended. A payment arrangement was made and the option was not to use the debit check. A email was received and the payment option make direct payment was choose. The payment was made the 18 July and the agreement was that the payment will be made the 21st. Up to today emails and sms'e was received indicated that the agreement is in default. Now they want to tell me because the payment is only allocated on the 25th. So how can this happen if the withdrawal from there side happened immediately on the 18th and the transaction on my bank statement shows the 19th. Dont come and lecture me how it works I know. Get your house in order please.
A payment arrangement was made and account was paid via EFT. My account is now suspended. Proof of payment was sent twice already today. Account can only be activated after 72 hours when payment is reflecting in the account. Don't worry about you that need the phone After this contract I will not renew it again I am so done with MTN.
A one star is actually to good for them. A took out a loan and in the process my husband lost his job. I was handed over to Nimble for collection and a payment arrangement was made with them to pay of the debt. But what does Fasta do if there is money in your account they will take it and then you still get calls from Nimble because you did not adhere the there payment arrangements. And now I can not adhere my other promise to pay thanks to Fasta. So be warn they are quick to give loans but they dont care about anyone but them self when it come to arrangements. And dont try to phone then for they will say if there is money in you account we will take it So looks like the other option is get a new bank account if you have a Fasta loan and make arrangements
