Service, I mean the amount of time 1 waits in these stores here and on top when you ask cause the is teller just roaming around with nothing to do. Toy asked manager it's the amount of people working to so nothing to do
Rediculars service 4 tellers over 20 clients in queue worse tellers continuesly leaves their teller, clients needs to get tagged items for tellers who didn't put it there in the 1place
No service and you have to wait for hours to get assistance people talking to each only to tell you hours later that they can't assist you Diale Molefe one of the people assisting me
They have the worst service rude manger and cashier's slow in serving clients
Service is terrible had 2 till open at huge store with over 40 customers in queue manger on their phone the whole time
They need to training the staff for soft skills and also follow up on queries and change their refun process
Worst ever with queues longer than sassa grnat, with 2 tellers and when asking they advise people are on lunch 😕 and the person you asking is even o her till. The rudeness worse
The agent was promot, friendly and informed also their speedyness to assist is amazing
We had to stand in a queue they only schedule 2 people worse it's monthend there was more than 20 customers waiting to be service by the 2 slow staff members
