Best Consultants ever @ Mpho and Capitec Braamfontein Team
I just wanted to take this opportunity thank the excellent customer service that I got at Capitec Braamfontein. It is the second time that I have been assisted by Mpho and his level of patience and interaction with his customers is fantastic. The whole team from that Branch is just fantastic 👏. Best Customer service from Neo at Sterns Jabulani Mall
We getting married and went to Sterns Jabulani Mall. The level of patience by Neo was just exceptional 👌. She embodies what customer service is. We are really happy for her service. She even assisted me to pick my wedding dress because I was very confused. Thank you so much Neo may you continue to make brides like me happy 😊.

Never taking a contract with Cell C again
I have finished paying my contract in August. September Cell C still debits and I am told that I need to call them and cancel 😞 🙃. Okay then I call I am taken from pillar to post now that I want to cancel since I am done paying of the phone and told they will still deduct money the following month. See me take a contract with Cell C again. They never mention such things when they are giving you the contract it is easy buy you want to review the contract and ask for a copy they will give you every excuse under the 🌞 and you will follow up till. Wanted to take a tablet for my daughter but with such service they can miss me . Not that they need me as they show no care for their customers.

Nible Group Harassment & False Claims – Enough is Enough!
I am absolutely fed up with the Nible Group and their relentless harassment over the past two years. They continue to call me repeatedly, claiming that I owe money for an account I do not owe. Every time they call, I explain the same thing – I do not owe any money, and every time I’m told someone will “update my file” or “investigate the matter.” Guess what? No one ever does! They have now resorted to lies – claiming I made payment arrangements through their WhatsApp platform (which I NEVER have), and that I missed a few payments since 2018/2019. Then suddenly, they say I missed only 9 months and that my last payment was in 2023 – this is a total fabrication! I have sent multiple emails with zero follow-up. Every consultant who contacts me pretends like it’s the first time I’ve raised the issue. The complete lack of accountability and blatant dishonesty from this company is appalling. Let me be clear: ✅ I have not made any payments to this supposed account. ✅ I have not been on WhatsApp making arrangements. ✅ I demand to see proof of the last payment they claim I made. ✅ I want to see the actual accounts that are supposedly in my name. Stop playing with people’s lives and stop lying to manipulate payment from individuals who owe you nothing. Your actions are not only *********, they’re potentially damaging to my credit record, and I will escalate this legally if needed. I want a full written response explaining these inconsistencies, or I will take this further. This needs to stop – immediately.

I just love the amazing customer service in this place
I just love the amazing customer service in this place. It keeps me coming back for me. The last time we were served by Karabo he served us with a smile through out the day and today we got the identical service from Lesego who kept on checking ✔️ if we good. We really appreciated that.

This place is beautiful and very refreshing
This place is beautiful and very refreshing. The host Marie is just a cherry 🍒 on top. She is so friendly and accommodative wish more owners could be like that . The place has everything you need for self catering including stove if you need to cook. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely coming 😊 back. To think I found this place by mistake.
