I had a very good experience with the agent who assisted me over the phone when I called SARS. She was so patient and took me step by step through the process of how I file a return. It's a pity that I forgot her name but I'm happy with her service, I hope she keeps it up.
I'm so annoyed by Capitec and they're bad service. Yesterday I called for a reversal of some of the money that wasn't supposed to be debited from my account and was promised it will be reversed within 24 hours. Today I called again since 24 hours has passed now I'm told I have to send an email for my reversal to be done! What the hell is that all about because I wasn't told that yesterday! I was promised I'll receive my money before 24 hours! This is nonsense!
I love clicks because of the points I get which I use to buy when they've accumulated. They accumulate quick and help on rainy days. Clicks has a great service and I don't remember standing for too long in a que. Keep up the good work clicks. I appreciate the service and benefits I get from you π€
Im a Capitec client,have a loan with Capitec and I'm on temporary disability leave since last year as I'm not well and I'm getting a portion of my salary not 100%. I've app**** for credit insurance on my loan to pay for me for some months, Capitec covered for 2 terms which is 8 months,which I'm grateful for. I received a document from them stating the term I'm allowed to be covered for is 3 terms which is 12 months, since I'm still on the leave I app**** for the 3rd term on 5 June 2024, Capitec responded on the 11 June 2024 with documents asking for the documents to be filled in by my employer and doctor which some of them they didn't send on the last 2 terms and didn't even send documents on the first terms, I only sent them my medical report and was approved I explained I can't send the documents they want filled out back on time since my employer takes very long for documents to return since it goes through a long red tape then I made a payment arrangement for next few months. Then Capitec responded in October 2024 to say I can send my current medical report, letter from doctor and previous medical reports instead of the forms. I did that then was approved for 3 months instead of for months since I'm allowed 12 months to be covered, which I had to accept. Now I've sent an email to ask when or if I'll be refunded back the monthly payments I've made for the months covered which is June to August since it's what Capitec has been doing for the past 2 terms paying back the payments for months covered. Till today I haven't recieved a reply. I had to accept being ****** of 1 month of cover now I'm not getting back my monthly payments, I don't understand why!
I called African bank earlier and spoke to a gentleman called Tsietsi. He was so patient and very helpful. it's rare to find agents like him. He was even working at home and working at home is stressful with responsibilities plus children are on holidays now. Please give him the recognition that he deserves. I appreciate the service he gave me.

I was at a store buying on Friday and my savings card declined. I opened my app to check what's wrong coz I know there's money in my account and my savings account wasn't appearing at all on my app. I called capitec to check and was told my account was stopped, they don't know why. I called Saturday again, got promised a call on Monday latest, decided to call capitec at 3 on Monday since I wasn't receiving the call. I was told that I'm deceased according to their system and I need to go to a branch for help since they can't help me on their side. Such a huge inconvenience! Now I'm waiting for the branch to call me since they logged a call for the issue which means I have to go more days without access to my money.. I'm so disappointed in capitec! π‘
