This nonsense was installed on the 20th of November, since then I have paid R1000 in electricity (12 days),before they arrived I was paying little over R400 a month,I have neighbours who have paid over R2000 in 5 days...this is a ****,I urge anyone thinking of using this service to rethink it.we have 52 units (flats) everyone is frustrated and disgusted by this service provider. Makro is a ****
Bought a scooter for my daughter, her birthday is in a weeks time,the order was delivered today and they basically delivered just the wheels.their returned process is a mess.I got in touch to try and get the missing parts delivered and they just refused.

Worst flight
The worst experience of my life,flew from east london to jhb,had an interview the next day hehehe I was told to leave my suitcase behind apparently I was late ,hear me out,my flight was leaving at 14:15 ,I got there at 13:15,they refused to take my bag ,long story short I had to carry my interview outfit by hand and I have never seen my suitcase since.

Checkers in Irene link,the horrors the staff is going through,I've reported this issue to the department of labour so many times and nothing has been done,the staff is forced to work additional hours without remuneration, night shift is not paid to staff and once one complains about the lack of adherence to the law they they're threatened with a dismissal .

Worst company I've ever dealt with,they've set me back in ways I've never imagined, discovery is taking advantage of black people and this needs to be investigated,they reject claims and I need to pay,I have white colleagues who dont have this issue.

Don't do it
I have never regretted anything like this in my entire life, creditors keep calling because they haven't been paid,I had to go to a loan shark to pay rent and my kids school fees all because of this company,I'm owed a refund as I was double debited,I've been calling everyday and promised that I'll get my refund within 24hours,it's been 10 days now

A **** indeed,first month with them and they have put me in a worse financial position than I was in,I've been calling them and my creditors everyday to try and resolve payment issues ,all they'll tell you is that you need to wait 5 days for feedback,it's been weeks now,my rent is due,kids school fees are due too Yohhhh I beg you not to join these guys.
