Im very disappointed with FNB HEALTH CASH PLAN I was admitted for 14 days due to surgical conditions and Gynecologist problems how ever FNB says will pay only 5 days because of my condition and I was never told of such when taking policy ...nd not never received my policy schedule was told everything is on the app and the app does not explain that...I joined the policy for such unplanned reasons to cover to medical bills but today FNB says will pay only 5 days..I need my days paid and my money paid or else im taking this further my policy is upto date...I need this matter to be resolved the whole trusted bank ..the service i received not acceptable and inconsistent because last year a claim was paid with no hustle but not similar condition...im very disappointed at FNB Im under distress now and trying to recover from my surgery but fnb is not being honest nd transparent with me
Good day I hope all is well with you. My name is Thabisile Sibeko. My contact details are 064 520 3738. The purpose of this email is to send a formal complaint to you. I sent an email last week Thursday, 16th of October. Mbali received my email and she made contact with me. I contacted her today to enquire about the feedback required. She advised that there is currently no feedback as they haven't started working on requests that were sent on last week Thursday. I asked for the turnaround period for my query and she said it could take upto 30 days. I then requested for my matter to be escalated since it an urgent matter for job opportunity.. I have been given an offer, the commencement date is the 1st of November 2025. I need to submit the correct DOFA document by today, failing to do so could lead up to me losing this job opportunity. The company has given me until today to provide them with the correct documents. Please assist with the amendment of the DOFA today so that I can submit the required documents and not miss out on this job opportunity. I have submitted all documents to proof that I have never worked for the company I dont know them it was wrongly added on my DOFA by FSCA..So can this be rectified because I dont wanna loose this opportunity because of your mistakes. I wanna express how I'm so disappointed with my car insurance prime meridian I went for major oparation Surgery the docker booked me off it was easter weekend and I have a dockers letter to support that..while I was at home I needed something to eat I could not drive my self I ask my sister who came to check up for me to grabe something to eat quickly so can drink my medication it happen someone bumbed into her ,she's got a license how ever when I am claiming to my insurance Prime meridian I am told to pay excess of R8095 because I did not nominate her and It was not an emergency when I asking her to buy food for me so that can eat and drink medication the time was 18h00.. My option does not have axecess,so why must I pay excess because I have submitted a proof to say I could not drive on the day I was sick and on the si bed I'm staying with my daughter alone and they say i was suppose to nominate her ...I never planned to be sick and I have all the proofs to say I was not okay..was I suppose to drive my self while on pains!!!!Prime meridian has failed me and want to take this on I want all my premiums back because they re reaping me off and the servise I have received from the beginning it been bad I spoke to Tumi Manzini Simphiwe maggagula LINDA MATTE HAS NEVER CALLED ME AS A MANAGER Until Tumi escalated to Legal department where is spoke to Kabele and he told me it was not emergency for asking my sister to buy food for me I need answers on how was i suppose to drive my self nd handle the matter
I am writting to express the bad service I have received with Vox ,Monday I reported my Fibre not connected and was promised someone will come till today no one has come and I am being billed which is unfair, I don't have connections as we speak I cnt do my work because of Vox /Vuma I'm so disappointed and would like to cancell my servise with them..the service is very bad and pathetic 😪
I have requested for withdrawal from my retirement savings but call centre they can't assist me because I have financial adviser and my advisor is telling my the system is down been 2 weeks waiting to be assisted I always..Discovery is very disappointing always can please someone call me because I have things need to cover ,should I not receive help I will hold Discovery with all the loss that you will cause for delaying my request.The 30 Nov needed this money to cover somethings.
