Good day I am not satisfied with the metrobus service . When it rains it's like we are outside. The water comes in the bus and we get to school and work extremely wet. Your buses are constantly late, especially on a Monday to work and not to mention that they don't have enough buses.The buses are overcrowded and especially when you are standing and Thomas is driving a roller coaster and hit brakes hard that the whole bus goes forward and we collide with one another and that sometimes causes a commotion because some people do not understand that it's not done on purpose and secondly it's impossible to stand from Protea Glen to stand all the way to sandton..The buses are constantly full..Some of us have got operations and are traveling with kids and now we have to hold the child all the way from soweto to Sandton and get to work creased.. This is not fair...Please kindly assist us as we are experiencing bad attitudes from Nomvula and nothing is done. Please assist. Thank you. Kind Regards, Noney 082 361 5972
On the 9th October 2024. It was my first time buying from Ormonde. We were two and we decided to buy two full meals for R200 special. We added a rolls and chicken livers. Also to mention that the chicken ordered should be Mild. I got the order as we wanted to check the lady gave us attitude and said everything is packed so we decided to go . as we were sharing the meal the chicken sticker said Mild and that chicken was peri peri hot. When we all eating we were sweating. I through mine in the bin as i do not eat hot things after speaking to the guy at the shop bibi saying he apologize he will rectify our order. Since now we are far he will get the manager to call. My kids were affected the next day they didn't go to school they were running in the toilet through the whole night including my 4 year old. The next day the manager Steven wants to make this about the ladies attitude and missing livers. I did not order peri peri chicken . i don't eat hot things i have an serious operation on my stomach i choose what i should eat. For health reason . he said he wanted a photo . i have no knowledge of photos . the store should have told me to take a photo immediately after calling.. Pedros only cares about their profit and not the peoples choice. They will sell you peri peri chicken and say eat or else loose your money. They did not even supply salad dressing and soviet... I regret ever buying from Pedros even the other chicken was mild but their mild was a bit hot the guy who bought with me was complaining... I've wasted my money. I should have rather added money and gone to Nandos were they know how to treat customers. I was never assisted and the manager said i must come back with my petrol!! Also only for livers n not for the wrong chicken they sold me and said it that he can not help me!!! KFC n Nandos would have asked me to collect at a closeby store but Pedros say they cant help me.. My money went down the drain!!!!!!!
I ordered online R199.99 meal full chicken 4 rolls and 1 large chips with 1.5 liter coke. I chose Lenasia store since Protea Garden gives baby chicken for the meal and separately bought small packet of chips get to the store to pay cash and I am not told that there is no coke 1.5 liter and they are taking monies and not letting clients that there is no coke when the order is ready it is when we are told that there is no cooldrink with the meal and it is not the first time even at protea gardens they did not have cooldrink till this very day i did not get my cooldrink . I was given 3 440ml cooldrinks and they don't amount to 1.5 liters . I ended up going to pick n pay to buy a 2 liter cooldrink. My meal was no more nice including the dry chips with no salt or source and the nature of the chips were appalling you can hit the floor open with them;. To add to an attitude of a supervisor a big built lady there who was telling us it is not her problem and we can go and complain it doesnt affect her salary
I don't have a contract date. Just because i used to pay them on the 25th now they have decided to cut my services in wanting to get extra R50 for reconnection fee.I find myself every month fighting with DSTV multichoice to reconnect me as we don't have a debit order agreement... This is real bad!!!! I like doing things by the book but if doing the right thing is going to cost me..then dstv can just cancel me all together..
Coastland hotel is the worst dirtiest hotel in Durban South beach. From reception. To hazadious lifts that are not mantained and dirty field with dirt.. Going into their passage a smelling old carpet coming from the lifts.. The same lifts that have no lights and get stuck. Their doors are not working in in floor 13th. Their beds are sore you can feel the spring.. Aircons and telephone lines are not working.Their apartments are filled with ****roaches.old towels and don't change bedding. Even the people making beds are not doing a proper job! You need to ask for a glass or a folk or anything you need...their stoves are not working.Suneer the manager is always in hiding the staff is well trained to say his not around even when his around.. This place needs inspectors... Not enough security.. I've lost my sunglasses and when requesting for a footage they cant help me and this was on Sunday 24 March 2024. Level 4 for toilets and the door handle is not working had to shout n a man came n assisted me . imagine if he could have ****d me there??? Its either single ply toilet paper or no toilet paper... Im really disappointed!! Every hour 3 buses full of people are coming in and the reception area gets smaller dangerous as you can be hand picked pocket with out you realizing...only 2security guard in the whole hotel?
This is my second review for webAfrica they don't respond all they want is money money money... Before installation i paid R500 upfront they were stalling to install fiber and when it finally happened they were dragging feet in giving me the moderm and connecting me was hell... I don't recall a smooth customer service with these people..they charged me R50 for they own mistake by going into my account and debiting on not agreed date. However I was told i will be compensated my R50 till this very day i didn't receive it and I was told that they will deduct R430 after paying R500 upfront fee now I'm charger R600. Plus and i have already deposited R500 on the account so they deduct... Before i know its its R600 plus i received R50 invoice immediately with saying that its for a failed debit order...They will never respond neither assist you as their uncapped amount differs without explanation
I was on higher package for about 15 years plus and I just downgraded just a month ago because my finances are not looking good. Firstly on the day I downgraged I was treated rudely by two agents and after reporting my situation a lady called to tell me that they will deal with the agents fine i move away from that.. I was paying on the 25th of each month not that i am subjected to pay on that day. I was paying everything i was owing on the. 25th to make my life easier. I even indicated that on the call it is not a debit order.. I told her the downgrade will be paid by end of the month. Its not even month end but my services are disconnected because they want me to pay a higher amount than what i have downgraded to... Dstv is bad in customer service and does not understand the meaning of service to its customers...they are quick to disconnect you . im failing to understand because i do not have a debit order agreement with them or pay date agreement . i would understand if it was month end ...what is this???
I had apply for fire. I was then told that they needed upfront fee of R500 before they can install. We are agreed on debit order date for the upfront fee since my account doesn't have funds. The date on the call was 26 January 2024. They went and debited on the 24 january 2024 and the account didn't have funds as I have indicated now they add a R50 fee charge for a debit order that didn't go through. I sent a complaint and no one phoned me but communication via wassup saying that they will listen to the call and responded that they did hear me saying on which date and the will dispute the R50. On the 1st they went to my account to debit R550 including the R50 that was in dispute and I don't know what to do now for real!! This is bad service and customer care is very poor..billing department is very poor.. After those deduction was the mordem installed Noooo...They are obviously waiting for another month to go back to the account and debit again...How do u pay for something that you're not sure if it works properly or not..
